I am interested in knowing why, after completing a patient care survey sent to me by Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, my critical and unflattering "comment" on the surgeon was abruptly excised and a second survey made inaccessible to my computer request for one. Obviously, you only want positive feedback and this isfraudulent if not criminal.
