I set up a payment plan with Quest on Friday 10/21/22 with my debit card. When I checked my bank statement I found that Quest took the entire amount from the statement and not the agreed amount on the plan. It is now Wednesday 10/26/22 without a resolution. I have called numerous different numbers and left numerous messages without a return call.

long queue lines on phone for service, then connected but to nothing, called back and got a human and was put on hold – until disconnected. Never again will I use them. Trying to solve a billing problem is impossible!!!! Supervisor was supposed to call back … never did.

Just tried for an hour to set up an automated appointment. It was HELL, repeating time after time repeating answers to questions asked. Then decided to enter the information online. Everything going along smoothly, appointment made with text confirmation – though home free, then it asked if we wished to do the paperwork comprising of two short pages. In process of filling in information then I clicked page accidentally and paged disappeared never to be seen again. Tried to back arrow to previous page without results. So for an hour plus stress level elevated resulting in marginal results online. However we have an appointment! Quest Diagnostics IT department really needs to work on sensitivity of pages plus the ability to return to previous page if error occurs. There was no option to return to form and finish filling it out. Poor design.

i get better customer service from our local pizza shop. Their priorities is Money, Money, Money then money.

Your client service line is a joke . Was to receive hard copy of test results that was not done. I spent over one hour on hold waiting for a representative before I hung up. This procedure should be unacceptable to any professional corporation.

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I spent 30 mins on hold for Tampa and another 30 mins on hold for Miami before giving up. Ridiculous to call this a customer service line.
