  1. At the Cane's in Louisville ky , their employees are telling customers who are playing the pull tab game, that Cane's doesn't make an A for the game. Talk about false advertising. It seems that a lawsuit may be just the thing this business needs to put the life back in there birds…Just a thought

  3. I was employed at Raising Cane's for almost 7 months as a crew member/ cashier. I loved everything about my job other than we had very poor management and workers that work there high and drunk and has been brought to managers attention and also workers getting away with no call/no shows. This should not be tolerated and I would love to be contacted about other issues.

     
  4. I am sitting here in the Cane's location in Texarkana. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!!!! "Arty" has taken my order, checked on me more than once, cleaned up, and made pleasant small talk with customers all in the 25 minutes I've been here. Everyone is upbeat and helping to keep the restaurant nice and service moving with a smile. A genuinely pleasant experience thanks to the whole staff at this location. Nice job to all!

IT IS NEXT TO BATESVILLE ARKANSAS… DONT BRING IT TO BATESVILLE… TRUST ME THERE ARE TOO MANY RESTAURANTS AS IT IS AND SOUTHSIDE CAN USE THE BUSINESS AND JOBS. I LIVE ABOUT 30 MINUTES FROM THERE BUT WIILL DRIVE THAT FAR FOR CANES… WE REALLY NEED YOU OUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

     
  6. i would like to talk about the crappy management in lawrence kansas sending people home early all the time making them work split shifts letting people go when their family is having surgery even when they call in it is not reported and let go, not fair, while some employees stand around others have to do all the work and some nights at closing they get out and hour after and some nights they are there five hours after it makes no sense for the managers that want to save on labor keeping them so long to close the management is a joke they sure wont get their hands dirty standing around waiting for them to finish instead of helping dont worry this staff wont last being abused like this being promised one hourly rate and getting another promised a certain job title and not getting it better look around folks texas roadhouse is opening and there is 609 jobs open on snagajob so good luck to finding people to abuse losers.

     
  7. The location where my son works is serving spoiled chicken to their customers. He said the smell made him gag. We will never eat there or at any location ever again.

     
    1. I work at a raising canes in texas, and we serve spoiled chicken all tha time. I complain all tha time, but tha managers don't care. It's all about tha money fa them. Damn Shame!!!

       
  8. I would like to express how CRAPPY management is at the Fort Collins location. They have no clue how to treat their employees and then they wonder why they can't keep any workers. My daughter has been working there for several months and has yet to see a raise. She has been cross trained to do EVERYTHING in that store and still gets nothing!! BUT all new hires after her start at a dollar more. On Monday, my daughter called in to let them know she was going to be late due to car trouble. She was waiting for help to arrive so she could get to work. She talked to the manager a second time to keep in posted and at that point was given permission to not come in. Well…today she went in to get her check and found out she had been fired!!! I have known several people that have worked there and I have not heard any positive feedback about the manager (Justin). Talk about giving Cane's a bad name. Maybe corporate needs to start talking to some of their employees and not just the managers.

     
  9. I have been a store manager for many years and I think that it is bad policy for a customer who has a complaint to not be able to get a name and phone number for a district manager. If you don't want to talk to your customers then hire better management.
