Greetings: It's very disappointing to read numerous complaints about the company, creates a very negative image. So, please be advised, we are pursuing litigation against Raising Cane's for discriminatory acts, plus petitioning of revocation of lease on a federal Indian reservation site in Palm Springs, CA. As lead plaintiff, we do not wish to have companies such as your entity on federal reservations anywhere in United States and will commence an educational campaign with other tribes, nationwide. Snoop Dogg as the face of Raising Cane, what does that say about your company?
Hi I WAS a loyal canes customer but I noticed they are trying to be like chick-filet and try coning off the drive thru and have 10 people standing outside when you are not busy. I went there and was the only customer in line with all these folks trying to look like chick- filet and still ask me to pull-up and wait for a happy meal. Come on folks you were already fast and fresh I much rather go here than the other place anyway. Stop trying to be someone else and go back to being good. Tonight I thought I would try again and the same set up not busy too many cones and the two in the drive thru couldn’t find our order after twice repeating me the wrong order I just left.
My wife and I go to Raising Canes often. Each time that we go, we request a plastic knife. Sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't. First of all, when you get your chicken, it is very hot. Really it is too hot to pick up and eat at first. Secondly, without a knife, you are forced to pick up the chicken with your fingers so that you can eat it. This is unsanitary. When I go to any Raising Canes, they should all have knives for the customers and not just sometimes.
I ate at the Las Vegas location the service and food were very good.(LV BLVD) My friend manages a location of another restaurant it made us think about an investment opportunity.
I have had good experiences at cains here in Vegas. George the manager is great with his staff & goes out of his way to make sure his customers have enjoyable experience. I went thru drive thru & order wasn't complete when passed out drive thru, Called manager George & he took my name phone # & he said come back & ask for him & he would make sure he would make my order correct. George was very nice & he went above & beyond to satisfy me for inconvenience. I love cains & am now really will do more business with cains because of how manager took care of my needs with my order. Great management in Las Vegas on E. Flamingo. Very satisfied.
I think you should service fish stripes/nuggets along with the chicken. It will more than increase your business.
