Macy' on-line shopping recently has been the worst experience latley when having to deal with there custmer service reps for any type of assistance. There customer service reps are the most unknowlegable people that I have had to deal with, I had a rep by the name of Maria that I don't understand how she is still employed. She messed my order so bad charged my card 4 different amounts for a item that was only $125. I have called back and spoke to three different reps that is just as unqualified as she is. On monday I finally got a specilist by the name of Luke that made all kind of promises of taking care of the problem I gave him my back supervisors name and fax number to clear up the problem and credit my account of around $500 he lied and still have not taken care of the problem. How is macys allowing such horrible customer sevice…I will not be dealing with them again!
