No one answers the corporate phone numbers!! Ive been trying to reach the office for a week now
I went to the a Rue 21 store by where I live and was looking for two shirts in my size. I went to the manager and asked if they had them in a bigger size. She told me that for a girl my size they did not. I was pretty much called fat. If you guys can look into this that would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
I was suspended from store #1449 and I really needed to talk to someone because I can't get any answer from no one. If someone from corporate is reading this please reply from this post. Thinking about getting a lawyer at this point because no one seems like to wanna talk. Thanks
Hello, I am currently an Assistant Manager at the Hobbs store #1385. I'm not too sure who I need to report this to but there is another assistant manager at my branch named Marili Mendoza with the employee ID# 297936. There has been multiple occasions where she has committed Group 2 violations. This has been reported to my store manager and district manager and they have yet to do anything about it. She is always using coupons that shouldn't be used in order to meet her goal which is losing the company money and killing ADS. She always but I mean ALWAYS arriving to work late. We are talking from 30min to an hour late and fixing her time afterwards. She takes her shoes off during her shift and walks around the entire floor barefooted. It is very unprofessional. I have had many customer complaints about that. She is walking around the sales floor talking on her cellphone for over 45min. She actually started using the company phone to not make it look as bad which means we are not getting any customer or business calls because the phone is busy. Ask she yaks about on the phone is party and what she will do on the weekend. I am feed up with it and someone needs to please take action because no one has. She is wasting the companies money and my time. Please respond ASAP. I would like to know if you guys will be taking action.

I was in the Tift store last month and had a bad experience so I bought my merchandise and said im NEVER going back,but then I went back this morning and I asked a red head girl to help me but the phone had her attention so bad she didn't even care!FROM THIS POINT ON I HATE RUE!they have poor interest in customers!

They stole my PTO..And my sick days I took instead of funeral pay, I reported my ASM stealing…They wanted to get rid of me…Worst company I have ever dealt with. LP called me talking crazy…I recorded her, company refuse to pay me give mey check stub or deal with the ASM. I will ceeby when they close up shop!

I agree with you. I have left messages and then I get a return call on my voicemail and they leave me their first name only. When I return the call, I am referred to the Receptionist whom has not been there since I first started calling. Unprofessional Corporation.
