You will stand a better chance of winning the lottery than receiving acceptable customer service. Make it your 'last-ditch effort' to stay away, to get a refund, to hire a lawyer, to leave a company that, after nine (9) years, four (4) months and twelve (12) has not improved their customer service.”

  • DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! LOW BALL CLAIM NOW I CANNOT GET MY TRUCK REPAIRED. ESTIMATE OF 2600 SAFECO TELLS ME IT WILL COST 200. CANNOT FIND A REPAIR SHOP THAT WILL DEAL WITH THEM.

  • After not so bad service for years, I'm very pissed off. I pay about $1,300 a year to insure my two cars. This year the premiums jumped up to $2,500. Wow….thanks Safeco! WTF? My agent gives me no reasoning other than Safeco is increasing their premiums in Washington State and I was moved to a different category, whatever the hell that means. Do they need more money to pay for their sponsorship of Safeco Field? Disgraceful. See ya!

  • This is without a doubt the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable customer service repersenitive / company I have ever dealt with in my 73 years. Ravyn Francis, of the Dallas office, screwed this claim up from the very start. Ms. Francis never returns calls, always has an excuse of off work or really busy for 3 or 4 days at a time. Gets the coverage and deductible wrong and then sends out too many checks. How incompetent can one company be and still be in business? by raising your rates to make up for their short fall. STAY AWAY FROM SAFECO.

  • This company has been overcharging me for years. Watch out! I would definitely look to do business elsewhere. They are crooks, and then once I found the gross error, they continue to try to explain or justify what they did. Absolutely horrible. Any company who feels justified in charging people 3 times what they should be charged should be investigated.

  • I was involved in a car accident March of 2014. I sought treatment at a Chiropractic & Massage Therapy facility. They called SafeCo insurance to verify I had PIP coverage (Personal Injury Protection). They documented SafeCo telling them I did have PIP coverage, when in fact I do not. A couple months of treatment in, and I discover that I do not have PIP coverage and now I'm stuck with a $700 bill from the Chiropractor. SafeCo flat out lied to me and denied having given that information to the Chiropractor. STEER CLEAR of this very dishonest and uncaring company!!!

  • This company will avoid paying for auto claims at any cost. Employees will lie to you every day even when you have it in voice mail. Never use this company.

  • Avoid this company like they have the plague. I have been waiting for my refund for nearly two weeks that you fraudulently withdrew from my account. That payment was not authorized and the policy was cancelled and I had the cancellation letter already emailed to my two days before you processed payment. Thievery is what you have offer and nothing more!

  • The SORRIEST SERVICE EVER. I just switched from Allstate after 35 years because my agent switched teams. I can not wait to switch back. Obviously truck bed not repairable. Found a take off used bed which will cost less and only take a few days to make ready but a STUPID BEAN COUNTER who has more body shop experience that the 25 year experienced mechanic wants the sides removed for a two to three week job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SORRY COMPANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
