Attn. Save-A-Lot Headquarters - Management needs to look at Save-A-Lot in Columbia, KY

I believe the management at Save-A-Lot in Columbia, KY needs to be evaluated. They seem to lack professional standards and guidelines. I’m not certain about the company’s policy, but I doubt it allows inappropriate behavior, such as flirting with married men, especially in the produce room. There may be a need for surveillance cameras there. Additionally, I question the work ethic of some management. If a manager claims to be on-site for 10 hours, they should not be seen elsewhere or resting in their cars. Perhaps this is something worth investigating. I also feel that business or OSHA might need to be contacted. I don’t think minors should be operating certain equipment, and the manner in which some equipment is used is concerning, especially when overseen by a manager. I can provide specific names if necessary. I strongly suggest that corporate and HR make unannounced visits to the Columbia, KY Save-A-Lot. The store’s reputation is on the line, and I believe it’s not a favorable one at the moment.

Save A Lot Headquarters and Management - Investigate the Save-a-lot in Columbia, KY

I think someone to investigate Save-a-lot in Columbia, Ky. I think the managers need to be investigated closing. They write people up when not on the clock, they won’t write people of best I understand because that is their mini-me. They are messing around with married men, while on the job, hung over, get paid 10 hours but not there( really need to check camera). They have relations and people are fired because GM liked one of the managers and he has fired everyone that the so-called manager has went out with. Not sure about that policy. I do believe that managers should not let workers on the buffer spinning around like it is a circus ride, may need to check the camera also. I know these managers have been reported many times not sure why something has not been done.
