  • I'll second that last comment, although a bit dated, this is the worse company, worse customer service and worse to try to contact. I ordered one pair of shoes three times. The item was in stock on all occasions. The first 2 orders were cancelled without explanation. The third appears to have gone through but I've not received any tracking number, delivery information and no one is manning the phones or responding to email. The order is now almost 2 weeks past the advertised delivery date and I'm having a hell of a time trying to make contact. According to their Better Business Bureau profile, they have a one star rating out of 5 with over 500 complaints. This is a very poor business model and a company that you want to stay away from.

  • This is the WORSE company I have ever done business with. I called for return help because I could not seem to complete the return process on line. I called the customer service number for help and was left on hold for 25 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone, I could barely hear him. I repeatedly asked him to speak louder and he refused to even acknowledge my request. After asking multiple times, he just hung up on me. I had to call back again and was left on hold this time for over 27 minutes. When I finally got a hold of someone else, he processed my request fairly quickly. I then asked to speak to a supervisor as I wished to make someone in charge aware of the rude treatment I experienced from the first rep. I got a hold of someone named Ariel. He told me that I would have to locate a box to send back the second pair of shoes even though it was sent in a soft package. I then asked him for the address of the corporate headquarters and he refused to help me find the information. Instead he told me that it was in Boston, but refused to make any attempt to locate an address for me. I eventually looked it up online, only to find out that it was not in Boston at all. When I attempted to call the number listed on the website for corporate headquarters, I was informed that it was no longer in service. I then attempted to call the second number listed on line. I was directed to some kind of marketing firm that asked me questions about whether I was on Medicare, whether I owned a car, and other questions. I then tried the number that Ariel gave me and could not reach anyone, but kept being directed to a voice mailbox, where I was told that the mailbox was full. If anyone really cares at all about their customers, I would appreciate hearing from some one from corporate headquarters. If I do not hear from someone, I will have to conclude that this company only cares about making money, not about servicing their customers whose orders keep this company in business and will not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I will tell everyone I know about what has transpired in my effort to make a simple return, so that they will have a feel for the total lack of regard this company has for its customers. (I just now attempted to click the "notify me" box and got another error message that would not allow me to select that box.) Appalling customer service!
