  1. Would prefer to contact Christopher North, but that seems impossible, so I am contacting IR for the second time (I didn't receive a response the first time.) Your customer service is the worst I have experienced in years, and I'm a Verizon customer, so that's saying a lot. You have gotten every order of mine wrong, failed to call me back on your "call back" service, put me on hold more than 25 minutes on three occasions, and have failed to process an existing order.   2. I have been ordering from Shutterfly for years and have loved the company. But I am very upset with them now. It says on your website: What is the Shutterfly 100% Happiness Guarantee? We’re not happy unless you’re happy. It’s that simple.
    I placed an order (Order Number: 002033301733-7000548) and received my photo book with only 7 of the 20 pages printed. Your quality control didn't catch that? When I called I was told it was my fault and I would get 50% off. With the business I've done with your company over the years, I would have expected you to re-print my order as a courtesy. Such a disappointment. I will need to find another company.

  3. Are you aware your customer service surveys are requesting to know whether the person asking a question is being asked whether they would hire the service representative???? Looks like a good way to get sued over wrongful hiring/dismissal. H/R should be treated with confidentiality to ensure employees personal and personnel information is kept private. Sounds like a good way to have a huge law suit and financial settlement for wrongful actions. Might want to run that by your legal counsel…Good luck.
