  • I cancelled my service immediately after the trial period was over, but I still get billed for services I do not use. This company is a scam artist's dream. They bill for services and can plainly see that I have not used their service since I cancelled it two years ago. They have the audacity to send me a bill for $300+. Never going to pay! This company is banished from my perspective and I'll spread the bad news.

  • Your customer service reps SUCK! Don't you train them on the proper way to talk with customers? I would never use your company again, even if I was desperate. Worst customer service experience to date, and I have a LOT of experience. Your CS reps should go to the training that Amazon's reps go to. Check out this lovely email I received from one of your reps, after I emailed them AGAIN, requesting my account be canceled. -I NEVER received an email response the first time, but it's good to know that your rep is telling me that I DID. You need to train your reps to not argue with customers, but rather make things right, and leave out any "it's your negligence" crap.

  • I will never use your services or your product … you are spineless and deserve to go out of business … what you fail to realize is that the left does not spend money on what you sell … they want stuff for free … mess with conservatives who actually spend money on products and you lose big time every time !!!!   • You have the freedom to advertise with whom ever you please. Thankfully, I have the right to buy from whom ever I please. That will not be you. I assume you made your decision based on your stockholder's interest. If that proves to be a bad decision, you have only yourselves to blame. If it works out to your betterment then good for you. If any of you attempt to come back, I hope he does not accept you as advertisers. BTW, as a student of the EIB Institute for Advanced Learning…shouldn't I be entitled to free stuff from you advertisers? Some of your products, "as you know, can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school."
