Tassimo Corporate Office Headquarters

I made the mistake of bringing my Tassimo coffee maker to Texas when I went for my three-month winter vacation. It is hard to believe that the de-scaler needed to clean the machine is not available in all of Texas. More ridiculous, Tassimo will not let me buy one on line because I have a Canadian home address. They want me to establish residence here before they will ship a de-scaler. I find this corporate stupidity hard to believe. I have been able to order from all sorts of American companies, but Kraft and Tassimo are unable to deal with PayPal or a billing address outside the U.S. Their answer was to order it from Canada. By the time it cleared customs, my vacation would be over. No wonder Keurig dominates the market here.
