  • just changed providers from tmobile after 13 years. I had to call the executive customer service department, but i am happy with the results. They were very helpful in dealing with the issues.

  • Inssurance is from assurion, every cell company uses them. .and besides even your car inssurance will require a deductible….also if you committed yourselfto a company its not their fault you decided to move,even your mortgage company wont take that….people give some validity to your complains

  • Their insurance is horibble too they charged me $130 to replace my phone with another phone version like my phone. When I first tried to contact them about my broken phone they told me I would pay nothing, this was over the phone. Then when I tried to ask her more questions she hung up on me! So I decided to go online and fill out my claim I was told they didn not have my phone and that I would receive a different one intead, they gave me two phone options, which by the way was the same phone. So when I got o the shipping of course they offered free next day shipping and then they told me they need to chanrge me the $130 to replace it. When I saw the amount I had to pay I tried to contact them to find out why I was being charged that amount and the women over the chat sent me a link and told me to go read their policy! How hard was it for her to explain to me that that was the difference I had to pay from the ammount I had already payed them since I got the insurance. Well it seamed like a very hard thing to do so I had to go to a T-mobile store and ask them why I was being charged and thankfully the girl helped me. Since I was going on vacation and was practically broke I could not buy my phone until today morning (a week or so since I was given the phone options).I noticed after I had payed that they were replacing my old phone not with the one I had originally picked but with the same make and model as the one I already had! I do not mind getting my same phone but what bothers me is that they didnt even try and tell me that I was not getting the phone I was expecting and that they had my phone back instock. So I tried the chat again and this time the women on the phone was even worse at helping! She gave no real help and as I was about to ask her another question she disconnected our chat! As soon as my contract is over I am switching to sprint!

  • How did you last 10 years??? I haven't been with them for even a full month and I am ready to get rid of them! It took me 8 calls, 4 Supervisors and 2 Days just to get my phonwe activated and now, a week short of my 1 month mark they are screwing me over. I gave them a $125 deposit; today I made my first payment of $159, which they said was a month in advance and this month prorated, in addition to all that money they are saying that my next bill is due on 7/23/12 for $124.00 – HUH??? I called and went through 3 cust.serv reps and 2 supervisors just to still have no idea what the problem is – I was told "We don't see that on our end so just don't worry about it" – Yeah. don't worry about it until the 23rd comes and they are threatening to turn my phone off & Heaven Forbid you should want to speak to someone in corporate – it's impossible. T_Mobile Executives are nothing but cowards!!!S.M.S. T-mobile customer sin 6/23/12

  • I had to cancel my T-Mobile account after almost 10 years with the company because I bought a home in Northern Nevada and T-Mobile did not provide service to that area… their nearest signal was almost 20 miles away… and after 10 years of loyalty they still charged me a $100.00 early termination fee, even though they could not provide service… so I have gone from a loyal, happy customer to a senior on a fixed income having to pay $100.00 because they were unable to provide service… they had wanted $300.00 but when I told them to take me to court, they dropped it to $100.00… another large American Corp screwed a Senior for a lousy $100.00.
