I wanted to switch back to Tracfone because the company now owned by Verizon. I had to call customer service because the online activation did not go smoothly.
My old phone number was not ported and I received a different phone #. The customer service is in Philippines. I could not understand what they were saying.
I called tracfone in Florida corporate and I got this young girl that was rude and zapped me over to customer service, I hope in America.
Anyway, in customer service I was told I had to get the 10 digit transfer number from Tmobile to save my #.
My name is Kevin I won a trackfone for a long time, I had to get a New phone watch I always order from QVC, My new phone came In March 2023, I charge it up over night and call Sat morning to activate my new phone, watch it did not turned on , So the Girl from trackfone told me to send it back to them and not to QVC, watch I did the problem is that i send the phone back with UPS ship it on the 27 of March and it was Delivery on the 3rd of April @ 9:10 am sign by Carmen. Its been going on 5 weeks and I still have no New phone just allot of Bill S….t going back and chatting with a new person and a # to call back to see if the phone has ship. Please send me your fax Number so I can show you all the paper work going on.
tracfone is a service that i never in my life want to ever do business with again. 4 days and over7 hour on the phone with them. i am disable and need my goverment phone and min.
I have been trying to get a refund for unused time (26 days left). I have been hung up on 9 times by the company. They pretend to be switching to someone else, but while you are on hold, they hang up on you. This is dishonest.
Please close Tracfone down. It is a waste of money. Phone service doesn't work properly, now cannot log into online account.Three reps did not help.
lost all my data text and phone minuets Nov 6th 2021 did manage to get some back not the 2.5gb or 11973 text or the thousands on minuets that I paid for over the years loved the service until Nov 7th when I got a portion back.
