Sadly, you are receiving this message while we have just replaced a blower motor of our 4 yr old system. We bought a trane because of the reputation. Well, same day our trane mini split has also started freezing up. To say the least, we are furious!
No one will help us.

… new as of august 6 2019 heatpump / ac does not work. Temps raising a the rate of 3 degrees in hour til sunset. trane told us to get lost. afraid to look forward to all the upcoming service problems.
