  • I cannot believe how bad this company is. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A MANAGER. It is impossible to ever get customer service to connect you!!!! all they say is a manager will call you in 24/48 hours. I was a customer for years could not do it any longer safe yourself the aggravation go with a local service who will care. No joke horrific experience. If anyone has called the customer service, they get the run around a manager will call you back in 24/48 hours. I am on week three and I call every 24/48 hours. no one resonds and no one cares

  • I prepaid for a years' worth of service. When I called earlier this month, I was informed my first service was scheduled for April 22. No one showed. I called and was informed the service would be April 23. Noone showed again. I called today April 25. No one showed again. Even though everything is recorded, there is no record of this information. There are no supervisors to speak too. I was informed someone would contact me within 24 hours or maybe 48. Now they are saying that someone will be here on April 28. I have called their corporate Headquarters and am still on hold. I realize that this is a franchise operation but there should be some level of professionalism required.

  • I agree with everyone here. There customer service sucks and trying to get someone to call you from the local office is like pulling teeth. I had waited over 3 weeks for someone local to call me and come out and look at my horrible lawn. What a joke!!!

  • Absolutely horrible "customer service". VERY RUDE!!
    I received a text message stating that the Truegreen rep was coming to my house to perform aeration and over-seeding service. I did not request/order this service. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. A "customer service" rep finally answered the phone. After I explained to her (Abegale) I did not want nor did I order this service she said it was in my plan as an annual service. I told her I wanted that removed from my plan since I have to call every year to cancel this service after I receive a notification the same day of the service. She said I would have to continue to call every time the service was scheduled to reschedule the service . I explained once again I did not want the service and she became very rude, would not allow me to speak since she kept interrupting me. Whenever I tried to speak she would continue to talk over me. I asked to speak to her manager and was told he is not available. Abegale, so she said was her name, was very rude and condescending in her tone. She should not be in "customer service" since obviously she does not care about the customer.

  • Worst ever, lawn looks worse now than when you all started. No managers available, only as close as you can get managers. Would never use again.


  • I have been using the services of TruGreen for well over 5 years now and I have one problem after another with this company. They over fertilized my lawn recently and I know have burn areas on my entire lawn. After many request from management no response. They will now have to deal with my state's consumer protection agency.

  • I have been trying to get someone in Pompano Office to send me written confirmation that I have 0 balance on my account and after 3 weeks, I had Eva take my email address and give it to George who was to send me an email. That did not and has not happened as of 11:36 am EST. Impossible company to deal with, with a terrible and dangerous accounting system. All over a $96 balance that was apparently removed on 9.16. but cannot get written conversation. They sent a not of Past due and in for collection. Just awful trying to get this simple thing accomplished. You lose any positive recommendation from me over this small problem. What a disappointment.

  • I have been complaining about my lawn for months. About insects, About brown spots, About weeds. I have used True Green for over 20 years and have never been so disappointed in your service.. I have had nothing but excuses. I have my grass cut high, I water the same as I have for 20 years. Even when I had two trees on the sides of my driveway. I got the sun from noon on. I have a western exposure. I have an awning on my front widow because of the sun.
    But the excuses I get are watering , shade, mowing. All crap. Same for 20 years. Asked about eruptions of dirt in the yard, was told armadillo . Found out mole. Had my weeds sprayed on 1/ 31 again on 3/17/ again on 3/31 On 3/17 asked for furtilizer and insect control.
    Right side of driveway is ruined Having it resoded on Mon. You have cost me money. Also that sid has mole crickets. You only treat as a regiment but you are supposed to watch for problems and take care before they get out of hand. Expecially when the problem is brought to your attention. The last time my lawn was treated for weeds. I told the agent he should be ashamed to put a sign in my yard for the way it looked. I also showed him a small patch of brown weeds that I had sprayed myself with Ortho weed be gone. For what I pay you when I can get this results with a spray bottle says it all. I am beyond angry. I received my bill this month and wonder what I am paying for because in return for my bill I received nothing and am paying dearly for your lack of treatment.

  • I will never use True Green again.. I paid up front over 600.00 and not pleased. When Trudy from true green calls what a farst. My last service done was July 5th. Should have done service the end of July or 1st of August. August goes by and still no service. I called to asked why and I get a I am so sorry. Make a date to do service and since I had to wait I should have been number 1. No can do…………BAD BUSINESS. Also when there is a service done in the neighborhood, why can't you try to do all your customers the same time. I will never deal with you again, and will not give you a good rating……….I paid you a lot of money for BAD SERVICE. WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN………………

  • absolutely horrible customer service. Terrible way to do business if you want to keep me as a customer with two locations. My complaints always fall on deaf ears, local branch seems to never make changes and continues into year two with the same poor no show service.

      Rome, GA. I received an email from you claiming services performed on my property.   You did NOT perform service on my property on 7.17.21. You haven't for months. ALL service was CXLD MONTHS AGO.
      Please read mths of detail on my account that drove me to finally cancel you.
      The techn rang my doorbell, saying I requested to speak w/the servicing techn. I told him NOT to do anything on my property.
      I DIDN'T request anything. I clearly re-explained to him that I CXLD ALL your services MONTHS AGO.
      I explained that after another harassing TruGreen auto-pre-notification, I called you again on Fri 7.16.21, 11:56am, stating TruGreen is NOT to do service on my property, that ALL service was CXLD LONG AGO.
      Please STOP YOUR HARASSMENT. If I weren't here to stop it, he would've done service WRONGLY scheduled by you.
      AGAIN, please DON'T continue trying to get away with forcing your services on me, no auto-calls, no techn showing up at my home. Thank you
