  • WORST CONPANY TO EVER WORK FOR! In store 965 at prime outlets on international drive The managers don't deserve to be managers at all. When I began working there I was guaranteed 15 to 25 hours per week (THAT WAS A LIE) it's more like 6 hours. Then the few hours you do give they choose to cut! Two weeks ago I was suppose to close on Sunday but one of the leads (Clarissa) called and told me that they had to cut my shift because they were under hours. Come to find out that right after she got off the phone with me she called another associate and asked if she wanted to close instead…..if that's not favoritism then I don't know what is. They are constantly complaining about not having hours to give but they continue to hire more people To the point where the head manager confessed to wanting to make people quit so there can be more hours to give. I've never met a group of managers so unprofessional. They are constantly talking about each other and associates on the sales floor to the point where the customers over hears. when the customers says that they're going to call corporate on them, All the leads run to the computer to write an email to the district manager first so it doesn't look like they're in fault. Then once the customer write a complaint online it magically disappears. They want respect but don't even give their own employees respect back. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. It's not worth anyone's time or energy.

  • Never ever work for this company their management is terrible and totally unprofessional.My very first day at store 965 Prime Outlets in Orlando two managers were already gossiping about how they disliked me and thought I wouldn't last…. on my first day (ZaTianna and Sabrina)I decided not to confront them about it since I had just started and brushed it off if that wasn't a red flag enough the Managers All talk behind each other's back i know all their personal business for example one LEAD Sabrina talks about another Lead Clarissa ALL DAY LIKE SHE HAS NO LIFE (I will spare you the details) She is 45 minutes late all the time her excuse is looking for parking …. go outside and the parking lot is empty.Plus she takes an hour break in stead of a 30 minute break.The Lead Clarissa is always on her phone and can't go 15 minutes into a shift before going to eat. Many times before customers have complained saying that the store doesn't have enough people to help which is causing them to lose customers meaning loss in revenue I belive there would be more if the managers didn't stand in the front or back and talk.This is not even a job doesn't matter about your work ethic or availability they schedule who they choose favoritism if you choose to work here prepare yourself for three hour shifts while others continue to get long shifts they call out for. This store is corrupted with a staff that is just unqualified to do their jobs and will never prosper people quit every day and they wonder why.

  • Can you believe that the manager of Justice at Tanger in Jeffersonville,ohio refuses to pick-up the store mail? I was in the area on leave from the Army purchased some clothes for my nieces sent them through the mail to just correct sizes returned to me no mail receptacle,thought maybe had done something wrong on the address contacted the Jeffersonville post office.They explained that they had contacted the store manager about the mail piling up 5 times that she never picked it up and the box was closed because of unclaimed mail.So being in the serviceI am out the cost of the postage and the clothes because of a lazy ass manager.Cannot believe she won't pick up the mail,nice buisness you have

  • I did not remember my password. So I clicked ''forgot your password'' and I was sent a temporary one. I went to the link provided. Are you ready?…….in order to get a new password….I had to put in the old one!! IF I knew the old one, I
    would not be trying to set a new one. I have talked to Customer Service
    twice now. She said that that is the way it is….???????????????
    She then suggested that I had to open a new account and start over….duh…I had already done that…but it cannot be done because their system recognizes my email and won't open a new one and I only have one email.
    I can no longer be a customer because I order the half sizes or plus sizes which one can only do online. This is just unbelievable. She said that this issue has happened before and the complaints were sent to their Client
    Services……so I guess they are just collecting them in a little box somewhere.

  • i placed a order off of justice on Monday and now they have a 1 day flash sale. the customer service refuses to give the promo for the flash sale. the sale manager told me chances of getting the 40 percent off is not going to happen. i suggested that i replace the order but cant get everything that i ordered on the original order. not very happy considering the amount of money i spent on the web site. i will think twice before i ever order off this web site again

  • Went to the Heath store not long ago and was extremely annoyed to see an employee, with a "floor supervisor" tag on her lanyard texting at the registers. We were not greeted or even noticed until she was finished with her text. Very unprofessional

  • Justices website is not ran by them at all. It is ran by a company that quite a few other companies farm out their online shopping to. While it is Justices product it is not their direct fault for any of the online shopping "errors". As for working at justice it is a minimum wage paying retail job that attracts minors and younger people, the mentality will not be that of a older persons store. I have worked in retail for many years and have noticed that it attracts the kind of people that have not left high school mentally. Drama and the like run rampant in any retail store.

    • I agree with the above. The employees in the stores are wonderful…at least most of them are. They are helpful and professional. The website is a joke. I am in the middle of a 7 page…so far letter summarizing an order I placed on October 23. I was charged triple the shipping and triple the tax…illegal in all states, and then most of my order was cancelled anyway. Why was it cancelled. They did not ship anything until December 9….SIX weeks after I placed my order and after NUMEROUS phone calls where I was lied to and given the run around. I received the last of what I would receive on December 23, TWO months later. I had paid mostly with gift cards so I could not start a chargeback. By then most of the items had sold out so they were cancelled off my order or simply not shipped. Guess what, Justice KEEPS the shipping and tax money on items they cancel off your order . They also lied about what was shipped. One of the boxes I received had a weight of 19 pounds according to FED EX and according to Justice's own records. They claim 125 items were in the box. I had ordered mostly heavy and bulky items like journals, school binders and sixteen lunch boxes, so there was NO WAY it would all fit in the same box. Secondly the estimated weight of the box…I weighed the items I received and estimated with similar items for what I did not receive…the weight of what I received was 17 pounds without tehbox which must have weighed close to 2 pounds empty. The estimated weight of what I did not receive was over 40 pounds, double what the actual box was and adding the two together it was TRIPLE and that was WITHOUT the shipping box. I ordered 181 pieces and I received 43. I received NO REFUND for the missing items. I am sending this letter to their corporate office and I have written another letter to the Florida department of tax revenue and the Florida States Attorney about the tax and shipping. They charge a flat 10% shipping on the order if it is above $250. They also charge tax on the shipping. If they cancel an item off your order they do not refund the shipping or the tax. Worse is that the KNOW about the problem and do not care. CRIMINAL!

  • DECEMBER 10…I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THE JUSTICE WEBSITE. I ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD INFO. AND THE MESSAGE POPPED UP…"CANNOT PROCESS CREDIT CARD AT THIS TIME" I PROCEEDED TO TRY TWO MORE TIMES. THE SAME MESSAGE OCCURRED. I GAVE UP AND WENT TO THE STORE AND PURCHASED THE ITEMS I WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS. AS A RESULT, MY DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES. I IMMEDIATELY WENT ONLINE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINES ARE BUSY…FULL, ETC. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…STAY OFF OF THEIR WEBSITES. CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THEIR WAS A 'GLICH'. IT'S MORE THAN A GLICH WHEN THE WEBSITE TOTALLY MALFUNCTIONS AND CAUSES YOU TO BE CHARGED 3 OR 4 TIMES! YES…I FEEL REALLY STUPID CUZ I KEPT TRYING! AWFUL…NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I GOT SCREWED.

  • Whatever you do dont work there unless you're a butt kisser and act like a juvenile than youll fit right in. Kids that come in there to shop act more mature than the employees do and the place takes advantage of their employees! They dont care about what you have to say and their open door policy is a closed-one. Theres so much more.

  • I was shopping online in your Justice store (which is a favorite of my 2 daughters)& had some trouble placing an order. I called Customer Service, the woman was quite helpful, but I decided to Cancel my order, due to the OUTRAGEOUS shipping fee. $11 for 2 bathing suits seems excessive. There was no problem canceling my order but I lost my $25 Justice Fun Card! I don't think it's fair to lose the Fun Card that i earned buying your clothing, beacause i was choosing to shop in your store instead!If my girls didn't love your clothing so much I would never enter your store! While you may not be able to do anything about your ridiculously high shipping fees (The Childrne's Place is always $5), you could redeem my Fun Card!!!Otherwise after I let my girls get the bathing suits they wanted so badly with thier Gift Cards they received for Christmas, I will no longer be spending my money in your Justice Store!

    • Are you serious?!?! Lady, $11 shipping fee is NOTHING. Welcome to the real world. Justice is a great place to shop and if you don't let your girls shop there then THEY are missing out. Sad for you and them.
