  1. This is the sorriest bank in America! I've called them for over six months with no resolution to my problem. The bank refuses to transfer collateral for a loan which makes no sense. You would think the bank would want something to secure a loan but they simply do not care. Their customer service agents are MORAONS and will not let me speak with a supervisor. I have dates and times of every time I've called them. I've been trying to get a call back from them for over six months with no call back whatsoever. This bank is pathetic and sorry and should not even be in business. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a financial institution. If you need a loan go to a different bank because this bank simply does not care. I will NEVER use this bank again for ANYTHING. Pathetic pieces of trash is what they are!!!

  2. I am having difficulty paying my bills thru US Bank because the new bank manager of US Bank in Tigard Oregon apparently does not like me for one reason or another. He keeps blocking my bank account so that I cannot even pay my bills thru Bill Pay. I do not even know what his name is. Can anybody help me so that I can pay my bills? I have been a member of US Bank since 1967 before it became US Bank. Please advice
Thanks, for your support. Jerry R. Seydel

  3. I have had a similar problem with US bank they have taken thousands of dollars from me and said I did three modification in 2004 2007 and in 2008. My loan should be around 30,000 or 40,000 dollars. Now its over 80,000 I bought the house in 2001 for 84,500. They would get into trouble and sale the loan and guess who paid for it me. Last year I lost the biggest part of my pay and tried to work a deal with them. I have at least 200,000 in equity. They put my house into foreclosure and the complaints department is a joke. I sent them proof of payment for the 2004 2007 mods to prove I made the payments. They sent it back saying they considered the complaint closed. I filed a complaint with the attorney general who forward the complaint to the treasury department who then forwarded it the Federal attorney general and in the mean time here I am 13 months behind and have no idea who owns my loan. File a complaint with the Federal Consumer finance and get a credit report. NativeIdahoan

  4. Hello, my name is Brent. I live in Burlington, Iowa. I have an account with your company and an VA loan with you folks. The problem is,,, there is only 1 (one) ATM in town. It is located at the Main bank across town from me. The next nearest is 30 Miles west of here. That is not acceptable if the Burlington Ia. ATM goes down. Then I would have to try and use another financial institutions ATM and pay a fee. Would it be possible to locate another OR 2 (two) ATMs' around town? I would very much like to here from you. Thanks, Brent Anell.

  5. This is the worst bank ever, heartless!!! My dad accumulated US Bank cash rewards and didn't know he had to cash them out, so when he passed they would not credit the points to his account for his children. They stole them back. Talk about greedy

  6. Is there an email address for corporate where I can file a complaint? I have tried calling but I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would rather not make the complaint public, but if I don't hear from anyone, I'll put it in the review section.. along with this. This is about a potential employee, not a customer. Thank you

  7. I have a home in Texas financed through US Bank that received hail damage back in February 2017. My insurance company State Farm sent out my check to me for the repairs which I signed and sent to US Bank to consign to pay my contractor. Needless to say it is now late August and US Bank still has my money. My contractor has sent in the paper work THREE TIMES. First time US Bank said they moved and lost the paper work. SECOND time they said they lost it again. So we have sent it to them again. Now my roof is starting to leak which is going to cause more damage to my home It's apparent that no one at US Bank really cares. I get constant run around every time I call. If I took 1800.00 dollars of my that wasn't mine and kept it for six months I would be in jail for theft. So what is this called? I will wait!!!

  8. I've banked with White Bear Lake US Bank for nearly 40 years. I just received an invoice for my safety deposit box increasing my fee from $35. to $80.40 a year when I was told by another bank employee a few weeks ago that the increase would not apply to existing customers. Now I'm told by the "bank manager" GRANT that this increase is due to paying off my equity line that lowered me from a platinum status to a gold status. Originally he used the excuse it was due to what happened with Wells Fargo. This tells me that this bank has no loyalty to long time customers and the bank manager needs to get his story straight before making excuses.
