  • Hello, I have had fraudulent phone calls on my account 3 times since October 2014, and my phones get shut off without notice. I have to fight with fraud to get the restored, and now the " my Verizon" login gets hacked and a considerable amount of money was transferred out of my account. I called Verizon wireless customer service, and I had to talk to 2 VERY BELIGERENT females. When I called back a 3rd time, I spoke to a male named " Aaron" who was responsive and addressed the problem. I then asked to be released from my contract due to all these problems, and they told me I had to pay termination fees, and that is nothing they can do.
    I think Verizon Wireless should be a little more responsive to certain situations, and NOT BE SO HARD HEADED.. They have you trapped if you have their service.

  • Hello, I'm on the Phone right now with Verizon. I am going through some stuff too. They are charging me late fees and disconnection fees for their mess up. I have paid every bill and I have been with them for three years now. Out of the blue I get a $362.23 dollar charge on my Account. I have spent more than 15 hours talking on the phone to get my service back up and running and after all of it they find their mistake and say" It will be fixed don't worry, we are sorry for the inconvenience." Now I get a phone call and a text stating "pay your bill of $476. This has been going on for 2 months. Now they are robbing me. This is White collar crime at its finest. I know if this has happen to me then others are getting hit really hard..

     
  • I would like to let you know the girls : Deana and Alexsandra at Paramus rt 17 south are very rude and not knowldgeable at all , should not guide customers, they act like they are there to be nasty to customers, some one should talk to them or train them. I am very disappointed at Verizon choice of empolyee.

     
  • Fed up with Verizon! I purchased 2 Smart phones in Aug. and received 2 free tablets. Free my butt!!! I was charged $51.93 for each tablet for activation (I was never told that), I called and got a refund for $70. Did not know at the time or was I told each one had it's own phone number which is going to cost $10 a month. Then they added an extra 2 gbs to my plan. People, when you buy a new phone please PAY ATTENTION to what they are doing to you. They are liars and thieves and will do anything to get your money and add extra stuff to your bill. I didn't just walk into the store and buy these phones, I looked for a couple of months asking questions about everything I could think of and went to the store 4 times to make sure of what I was getting and how much a month it would cost me. Watch out!!!

      What do we do about it, I have been a customer for over 10yrs. In the last week we had talked to 14 reps, tech, coach techs 1, and coach tech 2, and there supervisors.

      So as my husband is talking to Corporate now. They will fix the problem, or lose my business. Hell with my credit

       
  • I have been lied to by their customers services people. I have asked them to take a item off my plan five months ago and now they tell me I never ask them. Lies after lies. It took eight months of lies and I could not take anymore. Each month of being up set by their lies. Now they are chargeing me 400.00 for brakeing the two year contract. Plus other penalties. I am 60 yrs. old and I have never had this much conflict with a company. Now are they still in business. Their should be a class action Law Suit cause they are scaming their customers. Does anyone Agree. Any attorneys ready to take A LARGE CORPORATE COMPANY ON FOR SCAMING AMERICAN

     
  • On September 9th 2013 Verizon randomly charged my account an equipment charge for $449.99!
    I called up the same day and still on September 17th I have nothing to show for it but a credit for $449.99!
    I have logged 17.34 hours on the phone over the last 9 days talked to every call center from Oregon to Arkansas.
    I found that the call center staff is inept and unprepared to to handle this situation. The management is never available
    and when we finally reached an available supervisor they were unable to help me then we were promised a call back
    which never came. I have heard every excuse from the system is being backed up to it is in the hands of the Treasury department. I can get a charge reversed faster from Seven Eleven! A thought has come to me…What if the do this to half their customers? 500,000,000 customers each billed $449…. I have been robbed!

    it went UNANSWERED I got an email notification alerting me that an attempt was made to access my email with a valid password by an
    unrecognised device, so I pinged the ip address,
    it came back "180 washington valley road bedminster nj 07039" verizon wireless hackers.
