  • I would liek to file a complaint about Win Dixie Pharmacy on Armenia Ave, Florida.
The staff there is extremely rude and almost never picks up the phone. They give you attitude right of the bat even while looking you up in the system. The only polite member off staff is the new young guy working there. He is the only one who is a fit to work with the public. I hope that this will attract attention of the corporate and will facilitate retraining of those emploees or substituting them with somebody who actually qualifies to do the job.

  • I would like to convey my sincerest unappreciation of you, winn dixie.

You have recently reduced my chances to save money when laboriously supporting the winn dixie chain.

I have observed the last several shopping visits that I have not gotten any "multiple points" opportunities. When noticing, I asked the clerk about it, who responded with "you have to spend $30.00 to get the additional "points."

This is quite a blow, since I tend to rush directly to winn dixie (yes, small caps have been intentional) ti win a chance for the "muliple points" before I consider your competitors. You were once considered compassionate in my view, but now a typical stab-ya-in-the-back folk. Here in a time of particular rough times, inflation, higher prices…you yank the rug from under us who already accept the 300%+ mark up on groceries.

I will not be making winn dixie my number stop any longer. I will also make this a conversation piece when I find the opportunity. After all, why not? People need to be informed, I had to learn the hard way.

You are a choice where to get necessities. You are not the necessity!

  • Several days ago (10.5.21, to be exact), I went to the store on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge to purchase several Western Union money orders, as I have done for a couple of years. There was someone whom I hadn't seen before at Customer Service and she was impatient when I wanted to sign the receipt and it seemed the pen didn't work. Then, she grabbed my list of recipients from the counter without asking me for it, and began to work on the next recipient on the list.

It was quite chaotic because there were several customers and staff hanging around, both in front of the counter and behind it, making a lot of noise and it was hard to hear her. I have never seen a mob of people behave this way before in a grocery store.

After the clerk took my money for the last recipient ($770, which is a large amount for me) she walked away from cash register and began exchanging my money with another clerk, who had taken money for a purchase from the customer in the line next to me. They handed the monies back and forth between each other several times, counting it out over and over and talking to each other and laughing, and totally ignoring me. This all went on for at least six or eight minutes, and I began to get nervous. I had no receipt for the money, and the clerk was handing it back and forth to other clerks and it was becoming very strange. They were counting it out and talking to each other, and it seemed almost like there was going to be some kind of switch or other trick.

Then the clerk took my money and walked down to the end of the counter, to where I couldn't even see either her or my money. I finally asked them to call the manager, and I was upset. They did so, and when the manager came, she blamed ME for the problem, accusing ME of getting angry. I said the clerk had not given me a receipt, and she said it was being printed, but that wasn't true, the clerk had not done so. The manager finally finished the transaction without trying to sort the situation out, and when the clerk came back with my change, she shorted me $3.00, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER.

By this time I was so upset, I just walked away. Before I left, I told the manager I had come many times, and had never had any problems with the OTHER clerk.

I will NEVER go to this store again!

  • I am a long time customer. Shop as well as eat a couple times a week at your deli dept. Not to far back I was paying $9.99 for a bucket of WINGS Then $13.99, Now The SAME WINGS are costing me $14.99. I can stuff 15 – 17 wings in the bucket. So $14.99 ÷ 17 wings = .89 per wing. $1 a BIG and LESS FAT WING at the Wing shops. . Where's my incentive? At least give me a bigger better WING. Ow and how about some Bran muffin mix?

  • Don't go to the Winn Dixie in Yulee,Florida #0180. I tried returning a Covergirl makeup (unopened package) today(7-9-17)I dealt with a young woman CASSIE who was Unprofessional, Hot Tempered and Rude to me!! I couldn't communicate with her because of her Temper Flaring so I asked for the manager. The Assistant Manager DAVID walked out from the back room and was very Unhelpful,Unpleasant and Ice Cold!He said NO Receipt-No Return so I asked for help with an exchange and he remained Ice Cold and Did NOT Offer me any help at all. I did call David and expressed my opinion on how I was treated. It was a Terrible experience and no customer should ever be treated like I was. These 2 employees should Not be working with the public.

  • We need a REAL manager at 62 ave north, st pete store. Ever since Tammy left, the place is dismal, no social skills with this new guy, rude, cold and mean, lots of help left because of him. A shame an employee was afraid to call in sick because of him. Absolutely the wrong choice, too many elderly that miss the pleasant employees, need more of a people person, let Jay from meats have it, he does more than any ne there

  • My grandson was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Winn Dixie in Columbia Ms is the only store that has a large selection of Gluten free products. Winn Dixie in Columbia Ms is scheduled to shut their doors June 1st..Please, Please, Please keep this store open. No just for me and my grandson, but for others who can only buy certain foods too. And for all the employees who have worked their for years.

  • Yes someone needs to investigate the manager of the Tavares store #2261. They have a manager Steve Bahr that screams so loud at his employees, while he is in the office that he can be heard out by where us customers check out. Just today an employee came out of his office crying, cause he was screaming at the employee so loudly, that we heard him and the employee asking him to stop yelling at them and he got louder. This has happened more than once when We have been in the store and We will be contacting the corporate number Monday morning and speaking with whoever is his boss. This nonsense is totally uncalled for. ME AND MY HUSBAND REFUSE TO SHOP IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN UNTIL THERE IS A REAL CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT.

  • Ive been here 15-18 yrs. They still give these new stockers more hrs, I've been here the longest, it's not right.

  • I went to my Valrico Winn Dixie this morning. To my dismay they had removed most of the gluten free products from the aisle and marked down others. Many people in Brandon, Valrico locality shop the Winn Dixie's 2 stores which used to be Kash n Karry. Kash n Karry stocked that aisle for years and people knew and shopped there. I for one cannot find such a selection in all this area. The other grocery stores only scatter some gluten free here and there, and it is hard to find. The aisle Kash n Karry had that your store assumed should have left it the way it was. So many people get sick from gluten these days….more than most realize. Wheat, barley, and rye are poisons to our bodies as the growing process is laced with pesticides and make people sick. The seeds of the grains in the US are first soaked, as Round-up Ready before they are planted. Other countries do not even allow their grains to be laced with pesticides. Why is America doing so? Please, keep the gluten free aisles in your stores in Brandon and Valrico, Fl.
