I joined WOW one year ago it was the $19.99 plan with 1 year commitment I signed up on line for Waltham Ma gym, I went to go a week later to find it closed and they had moved to Newton Ma which is inconvenient for me, there was no mention of relocating in online agreement, I never went and payed my monthly balance and kept my commitment, know they have charged me the $59.99 for another year of paying monthly, I called Newton gym spoke to someone left my number and no one has called back , called this morning and was hung up before I could say good morning- not happy at all
