  1. After a storm on 4/13/22, we lost all services from Comcast Xfinity due to damage to the cable outside our home when a tree fell. We called Xfinity on 4/14/22, tech came on 4/17 & scheduled repair for 4/28. We were told it can take up to 14 days for repairs. They no-showed on 4/28 & Rescheduled for 5/9/22. Again they no-showed. We have been without cable, internet, & security system which is detrimental to both our businesses & our son’s online schooling. This is unacceptable & Comcast cannot tell us the date it will be repaired. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB & the FCC. My next step is to send certified letters to the chief executive officers at the Corporate Headquarters tomorrow. After which I plan to file complaints with the State Attorney General’s office & Consumer Affairs division. There needs to be another class-action lawsuit filed against Comcast for breach of contract & unethical business practices.

     
  2. Huge company full of incompetent employees. I am 71 and not in the best of health. I got Internet Essentials for $9.95/ mo, but free for me as I am indigent. I was prompted to upgrade to ACP – also at no cost to me. I went for it and my bank account was charged. I have spent hours on chats and the phone and been transferred dozens of times. No help. This sucks. They stole the money right out of my bank account.

     
  3. Xfinity has gotten worse by the year. Constant outages for months. Got a 10 year old modem replaced,which was installed 2 years ago. tech also replaced cable box. now certain apps don't work and now I'm told I need a NEW BOX!!! today after this was replaced. Looking for a replacement cable/internet provider now! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
