Bauer lists phone and chat assistance Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time; its page labels the time zone EST. Check the contact page for availability when you reach out. Corporate offices and individual retailers may keep different schedules.

The company’s careers page identifies offices in Exeter, Mississauga and Blainville, among other locations. A Canadian office is not automatically the correct destination for a U.S. order or return. This guide does not label an older Canadian corporate number as an HR contact.

Bauer also publishes its Exeter address in its website terms. That page gives specific instructions for copyright notices; those instructions should not be treated as a general merchandise-return process.

Bauer.com Orders, Returns and Delivery Questions

First identify the seller on your receipt. An order placed on Bauer.com and an order from a hockey shop can involve different payment, shipping and return systems. For a shop purchase, contact that retailer about its transaction before asking Bauer to investigate a manufacturing concern.

Bauer’s direct-purchase return policy generally allows eligible unused items to be returned within 30 days of purchase. The policy requires original condition, tags, packaging and accompanying parts. Used or taped sticks, sharpened or heat-molded skates, custom products and final-sale merchandise have restrictions. This return policy does not apply to purchases from other retailers.

For a regular stock order you want to cancel, contact the online support team promptly. Request confirmation that a change was actually made. MyBauer custom orders have separate restrictions, so do not assume the same cancellation options apply after personalization has been submitted.

If one item is missing from a delivery, compare the shipping notices with the order confirmation. Bauer’s shipping guidance explains that an order may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking information. Record which item is missing and whether it appears on a different shipment before reporting the whole order as lost.

For an incorrect address, send the order number and correction through the official support channel as soon as possible. Bauer states that address changes after an order or warranty submission are not guaranteed. Keep any written confirmation; an unanswered request does not establish that the destination changed.

Equipment Problems and Bauer Warranty Claims

A return because equipment does not fit is different from a claim about a manufacturing defect. Identify the product category before choosing a warranty route. Bauer’s warranty directory separates composite sticks, PROSHARP machines and other equipment.

The North American composite-stick warranty is a limited 30-day program for manufacturing defects, with a one-time replacement for an eligible claim. Bauer requires the authorized-dealer receipt and serial-number documentation. Its warranty table gives different periods for other products, including 90 days for player or goalie skates and one year for helmets. Read the applicable conditions before submitting a claim.

Prepare a useful description: product name, size, purchase date, seller and the problem you observed. For a stick, include hand, flex and blade pattern. Take clear photographs of the whole item, identifying labels and affected area. Keep your original documents and send copies through the requested private channel.

Ask whether Bauer or the retailer should handle the next step, whether an authorization number is needed and what should be included in the package. Do not mail equipment to the Exeter office simply because it is the headquarters. A return label or written shipping instruction should identify the actual receiving location.

How to Escalate a Bauer Order or Product Concern

These are suggested preparation and follow-up steps, not a promise of a particular outcome:

  1. Choose one clear issue. Explain whether the problem concerns delivery, a wrong item, fit, a product defect, a refund or an unanswered claim. Combining unrelated transactions can make the request harder to investigate.
  2. Provide the essential record. Include the order or claim reference privately, the product model, seller and relevant dates. For a refund inquiry, distinguish the date you shipped the return from the date it was received.
  3. State the resolution you are requesting. For example, ask for a shipment investigation, an explanation of a warranty decision or confirmation that a return was processed.
  4. Request further review when necessary. Reply to the existing case and ask for the appropriate supervisor or warranty team. Summarize the earlier response and identify what remains unanswered.
  5. Keep the outcome in writing. Retain the case reference, response and any return instructions. If a replacement is offered, confirm the model, delivery address and next step before sending anything.

A short chronology often helps more than repeated messages. Separate what you personally observed from what a retailer or representative told you, and include the date of each conversation. Avoid describing an ordinary pending inquiry as an approved replacement.

A review on this website does not open a Bauer support or warranty case. Keep children’s information, order numbers, serial numbers, addresses and payment details out of public reviews and photos.

Bauer Hockey Corporate Office Questions

Can I visit headquarters for skate fitting or a return?

No public walk-in fitting or returns service at the corporate address was verified. Ask Bauer about the appropriate retailer or service location before traveling. A company office, a retailer and a warranty receiving facility serve different purposes.

What is Bauer’s HR or payroll phone number?

A dedicated public HR or payroll number was not verified. Applicants should follow the official careers links. Current or former employees should use the employer-provided HR or payroll channel and identify their employing business and location.

Does every broken stick qualify for replacement?

No automatic replacement is promised. Bauer reviews claims under the applicable warranty and required documentation. Describe how the issue occurred accurately and let the warranty team determine whether the claim meets its conditions.

Who handles a team or retailer order?

Start with the organization that placed or sold the order, such as your team coordinator or hockey retailer. Ask for the order reference and specifications before escalating. A player may not have access to a team’s purchasing account or approval history.

How should I ask about replacement parts?

Provide the exact model and size, and photographs of the label and part if requested. For skates, distinguish the boot, holder and steel. Ask Bauer or an appropriate retailer to confirm compatibility instead of relying only on a similar-looking product name.

Bauer Customer Service is Terrible

December 13, 2022

Bauer customer service is terrible. paid $329. for a stick for 13 yr old and in less than 3 months the blade is split. I was told it’s an aggressive high contact sport. I have bought cheaper sticks that lasted the whole season. I will not be buying this stick anymore.
