The headquarters address and the hotel where you stayed are not interchangeable destinations for every request. Use the resort name and location in all correspondence, especially if your itinerary included more than one MGM property. A letter addressed only to “MGM” may omit the details needed to identify the business involved.

How to Escalate an MGM Resorts Guest Concern

A hotel can often investigate an issue more effectively while the guest is still on the property. For a room, housekeeping, restaurant or front-desk problem, identify the relevant department and ask for the manager responsible for that part of the visit. The following steps are practical suggestions:

  1. Identify the stay or transaction. Have the hotel name, dates, reservation confirmation and name on the booking available. For a restaurant, parking or entertainment transaction, use the receipt and transaction date rather than assuming the hotel room record contains it.
  2. Explain what happened and what you need. Describe the specific issue, when it occurred and any action already taken. State whether you are seeking a corrected bill, a response to a service concern, help locating property or clarification of a reservation term.
  3. Request the appropriate manager. If the first contact cannot resolve the issue, ask which department can review it and how to reach that team. A hotel service concern, loyalty-account issue and investor question require different contacts.
  4. Follow up in writing. Use the official contact form when further company review is needed. Include the property and a short timeline. Keep your earlier correspondence, the name or role of the person who responded and any case reference.
  5. Ask how the next response will arrive. Confirm the email or telephone details supplied privately to the company and ask whether additional documents are needed. Keep follow-up in the same case where possible so the history is available to the next reviewer.

A corporate inquiry is not a substitute for contacting staff on site about an immediate problem. If you need assistance during a stay, use the hotel’s own service channels. Public reviews are useful for describing an experience, but they do not create an official hotel incident report, billing case or request to recover a lost item.

Hotel Bills, Reservations and MGM Rewards Questions

For a hotel bill, obtain the itemized folio and identify the exact line you want reviewed. Compare the posting date, amount and merchant description with your receipt. A question about an unfamiliar room charge should explain which item is disputed; sending only a card statement may leave the hotel without the details needed to locate it.

If you see both a pending amount and a posted charge, ask the property to explain what each amount represents and what action, if any, it has taken. Ask your card issuer about how the transaction appears on your account. This guide does not promise a universal release date or treat every pending authorization as a completed charge.

For a reservation change, start with the confirmation email to identify who took the booking and payment. Tell the hotel if you booked through a travel agency or third-party website. Ask which business must process the change or cancellation, and request written confirmation of the result. Terms can depend on the booked rate, package and seller.

MGM’s official FAQ covers hotel and app functions, including mobile check-in, checkout and account questions. It explains that an app instruction to visit the front desk may require staff verification. Follow the property’s instructions if your mobile key or check-in cannot be completed; a message to corporate headquarters will not perform that front-desk verification.

For MGM Rewards, explain whether you need account access, a correction associated with a stay, or clarification of an account benefit. Retain the stay receipt or other supporting record and contact Member Services. Do not share your password, PIN, full payment-card number or identity document in a public comment. Use the company’s verified account channel for any requested identity checks.

MGM Resorts Headquarters and Contact Questions

Where is MGM Resorts International headquartered?

MGM’s investor FAQ places its corporate office within Bellagio at 3600 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. The company’s SEC filing confirms the same executive-office address. For hotel arrangements or an in-person meeting, confirm the department and destination before traveling to the property.

Is 877-880-0880 the corporate customer-service number?

The official directory assigns that number to MGM Grand Las Vegas. It should be used with that property label. For another hotel, choose its listing in the directory; for MGM Rewards, use Member Services. The corporate number is separately published as 702-693-7120.

Who should I contact about a lost item?

Start with the property where the item was last seen and ask for its lost-and-found process. Provide the visit date, location within the property and a useful description. Ask how ownership will be verified and how retrieval or shipping is arranged before supplying payment or a delivery address.

Can the corporate office cancel my restaurant or show booking?

Use the confirmation for that reservation to identify the venue or ticket seller and its change instructions. A room reservation, restaurant booking and show ticket may have separate records. Keep each confirmation and ask the responsible provider to confirm any cancellation; do not assume that changing one booking changes the others.

What is MGM Resorts’ HR or payroll phone number?

A dedicated public HR or payroll telephone number was not verified for this guide. Applicants can reach Careers through MGM’s official website. Current employees should use the contacts provided by their property or employer. Guest-service and Rewards numbers should not be presented as employee hotlines.

Does this guide cover MGM movie studios?

This guide concerns MGM Resorts International and its hospitality and entertainment properties. For a film, television or studio-related inquiry, identify the company named in your correspondence rather than using a resort contact solely because it includes the MGM name.

About MGM Resorts International

MGM Resorts International operates hospitality and entertainment destinations, including hotels, casinos, restaurants and venues. Its current directory includes Bellagio, ARIA, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and other properties. The company’s investor information identifies its New York Stock Exchange symbol as MGM. Check the current directory for the location relevant to your inquiry.

For other hotel companies, see our Hyatt and Hilton corporate office guides.

Why Trust Corporate Office Headquarters?

We checked MGM’s SEC filing, investor FAQ, property contact directory, guest FAQ, linked contact form and newsroom on September 12, 2026. Phone numbers and contact details were checked against published sources, not by calling. Corporate Office Headquarters is independent and is not affiliated with MGM Resorts International. Practical preparation and escalation steps are our suggestions; the company’s own procedures and your transaction documents determine how a request is handled.

MGM Betting Site Concerns

May 26, 2025

MGM, Betting Site. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, using the resorts, credit card, and the betting app. As soon as I started winning more consistently, they locked my account and accused me of violating their terms — but provided no explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I use the mobile app and travel between states, so I place bets where I can. Instead of supporting long-time users, it feels like they shut down accounts once you’re ahead. Be cautious — it seems like they’re quick to take your money without offering transparency.
