Orkin Corporate Office, Headquarters, Phone Number & Complaints

The Orkin corporate office is in Atlanta, Georgia, where parent company Rollins also maintains its principal executive offices. Customers may need help with a missed appointment, recurring pest activity, billing, cancellation, a guarantee, or an unresolved branch complaint.

For an existing account, start with the branch serving your property or Orkin Customer Service. The corporate office, new-service line, cancellation contact, and online-account team serve different purposes. This guide covers U.S. contacts.

Quick Answer: Orkin’s corporate address is 2170 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. Parent company Rollins publishes 404-888-2000 as its corporate telephone. For Orkin customer concerns, call 866-949-6097. For cancellation and agreement questions, call 877-424-9943. Contact the servicing branch first for a technician issue, appointment, or return visit.

Safety and privacy: A customer complaint is not an emergency report. Seek appropriate emergency assistance for an immediate danger rather than waiting for a corporate response. Do not publish access codes, full home addresses, account numbers, payment details, or medical records in a review. Use verified private channels for account documents.

Orkin Corporate Office and Headquarters Information

The Atlanta address and corporate phone are confirmed in Rollins’ May 1, 2026 filing. Orkin also publishes the address in its website terms. This does not make the corporate number a dedicated complaints, payroll, or executive line.

Before mailing correspondence, confirm the department and include the branch and case reference. Send copies of records rather than originals. Do not mail pesticides, specimens, payments, or sensitive identity documents to headquarters without appropriate instructions.

How to File and Escalate an Orkin Complaint

  1. Contact the servicing branch. Identify the property and the visit, invoice, or treatment involved. Ask for the branch manager if the initial response is insufficient.
  2. State the requested resolution. Explain whether you need a return inspection, appointment correction, refund review, cancellation confirmation, or investigation of property damage.
  3. Organize the records. Keep the agreement, service reports, invoices, photographs, messages, and a brief timeline of earlier contacts.
  4. Use Orkin Customer Service. Reference the local branch and explain what remains unresolved. Ask for a case number and management review.
  5. Escalate in writing when needed. The Rollins contact page has a Customer Service form for complaints. Identify Orkin as the brand and summarize the previous response.
  6. Confirm the outcome. Request a written explanation of the next step and retain confirmation of any visit, adjustment, or cancellation.

Provide full account details only through a verified private channel. A corporate complaint is a request for review, not a guarantee of a refund, a particular response time, or a change to an agreement.

Appointments, Return Visits, and Service Guarantees

Missed or Incomplete Visits

Save the appointment window and compare it with the service report. Ask what work was recorded, which areas were accessed, and whether another visit is required. Explain discrepancies without assuming that a visit did not occur simply because you did not see the technician.

When Pest Activity Continues

Record the treatment dates, locations where activity remains, and any changes since the last visit. Ask the branch what results to expect, what follow-up is recommended, and whether it is included in the agreement. Obtain preparation and access instructions in writing.

Residential Versus Commercial Guarantees

The published Orkin Guarantee describes no-extra-charge return visits when pests return between treatments and a residential 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask which conditions apply to your service and dates.

Commercial guarantees are presented separately. Do not assume residential terms cover a business account, every pest, or unrelated repairs. For termite concerns, keep inspection and renewal records and ask whether the next step is monitoring, retreatment, or a separate claim review.

Orkin Billing, AutoPay, and Cancellation

Unexpected Charges or Missing Payments

Compare the invoice with your signed agreement, payment schedule, and service report. Ask which visit, monitoring period, renewal, or additional work produced the charge. Do not assume that monthly billing means a technician visits every month; request an explanation of both schedules.

For a payment discrepancy, provide the date, amount, and confirmation privately. Ask for an itemized balance and written confirmation of any correction. Redact unrelated banking information.

My Account and Automatic Payments

Use Orkin My Account for the resident customer portal and its published support contact. Confirm how to change an automatic-payment authorization for your account and keep the response.

Do not assume changing AutoPay cancels service. Ask separately about the service agreement, future appointments, and any remaining balance.

Requesting Cancellation

The official cancellation page says Orkin does not impose a specifically labeled cancellation fee, but ending service before the initial term expires may require payment of the remaining balance. Review your particular agreement with the cancellation team.

Request written confirmation of the effective date, future appointment status, any amount due, and what happens to automatic payments. Keep the confirmation and check later statements. A public review or an informal comment to a technician is not confirmation that the cancellation has been processed.

Property and Treatment Concerns

For suspected property damage, take photographs when safe, record when the condition was noticed, and notify the branch manager promptly. Ask for a case reference and instructions for submitting estimates or other documentation. A report does not itself establish the cause of damage or approval of reimbursement.

For treatment questions, request the product name, application record, and label. Orkin links to its product-label resource from the official website. Follow product-specific instructions rather than assuming one re-entry time or precaution applies to every service. Do not attempt to handle unknown chemicals or mail samples to headquarters.

Who Owns Orkin? Careers and Related Guides

The Rollins brand directory identifies Orkin within the Rollins group. Ordinary account matters should still begin with the servicing branch or Orkin’s customer contacts, not an investor or media address.

Use the careers resources linked from the official Orkin and Rollins websites for job opportunities. Current and former employees should use their employer’s payroll or Human Resources contacts. The Rollins directory also publishes a separate employment-verification route; it should not be confused with customer complaint support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Orkin’s corporate office?

The corporate address is 2170 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. Rollins lists its executive offices at the same address.

Which contact should I use for a complaint?

Begin with your servicing branch and Orkin Customer Service. Use the Rollins Customer Service form for further written escalation when necessary.

Does the advertised 24/7 phone availability cover every department?

No such general conclusion should be assumed. The quote line advertises 24/7 availability, while branch, billing, and technician availability can differ.

Can I request a return visit?

The published guarantee describes additional visits when pests return between treatments. Ask the branch which terms apply to your purchased service.

Does turning off AutoPay cancel the agreement?

Do not assume that it does. Confirm the cancellation separately, including the effective date and remaining balance.

Does posting a review contact Orkin?

No. Contact the company directly to request treatment, dispute a bill, cancel service, or seek a management response.

Contact verification: Reviewed September 11, 2026, using the official Orkin contact page, Rollins directory, cancellation and account pages, guarantee information, and corporate filing linked above. Orkin Very Disappointing Experience in Clearfield PA

May 7, 2025

Orkin, Orkin’s service in Clearfield, PA was the worst we’ve encountered, except for Cameron—he was honest. Jonathan clearly wanted no part of the job and couldn’t leave fast enough. Eric misled my husband until he confronted him about a major issue—the nesting site where bats were still active. We ended up having to call ServPro to remove the remaining bats, mice, ferrets, and more, along with dealing with multiple holes that were left unsealed. Was that worth over $8,000? Absolutely not.
