Sephora Frustrating Delivery Issue

Sephora does not care about it’s customers! I’m trying to understand how a shipment valued at over $1,000 was sent without requiring a signature from the carrier your company chose. While the tracking shows the package as delivered, it was not at my home when I arrived yesterday evening. To add to my frustration, I’ve received conflicting information from your representatives. One advisor assured me that the package would be reshipped, while another stated that I am not eligible for a refund or replacement. This is particularly disappointing, given that this is my first experience shopping on Sephora.com.

Sephora Frustrating Experience

Sephora, I am writing to express my extreme frustration with your fragrance redemption program, which I believe is nothing short of a scam. I received a men’s travel case with multiple fragrance samples for Christmas, and was told that after selecting one fragrance, I could redeem a full-size bottle either online or at a Sephora location in Kohl’s. Since Christmas, I have been trying repeatedly to redeem my fragrance, but each time I check both online and in stores, the fragrances I want are out of stock. Of course, the only fragrance available is something outdated and unpleasant like CK Eternity—definitely not something anyone would want to wear, let alone my grandfather at this point. On multiple visits to Sephora since receiving this gift, I have requested an exception to choose a different fragrance not in the kit and offering to pay the difference. Each time I’ve been told no, I can only choose from the fragrances that came in the kit. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it feels like I’m being forced into a very poor selection that I would never choose on my own. This situation is beyond disappointing. It’s clear that this program is designed to frustrate customers, and frankly, it feels like a scam. I no longer want to deal with this and would prefer a refund for the full value of the kit so I can shop elsewhere, like Ulta, where I know I’ll have more reasonable options and better customer service. This whole experience has been a huge waste of time, and I’m done with it. I expect a refund for the value of the kit immediately.

Sephora Disappointing Return Policy

Sephora, Return policy. I’m disappointed in the level of service customer service I received from a supervisor by the name of Mari on the Sephora chat, I received a gift for my birthday 5 months ago as I was recovering from a major surgery and treatments from cancer. The gift is still in a box unopened with a receipt. I recently smelled the perfume and did not like the scent and wish to exchange it for store credit, I was told by this supervisor no exceptions we treat all clients and returns the same, I’m shocked by the lack of empathy for a loyal customer of 10+ years.

Sephora Terrible Customer Service

Sephora, Customer Service and Product a big fail! I have called customer service, spoke with a “supervisor “, and sent a letter regarding the absolutely insulting Beauty Insider Advent calendar for 2500 points. If the products were not listed. If so I would have never spent 2500 of my points on this $10 box of garbage! I have spent $2500 to get a box of dollar store trinkets. You know the product is awful and pulled it from your site. Yet you think we do not deserve our points back for this! I have spent over $5000 at Sephora this year. Is this how you treat your customers?!?! Stop saying we are not able to refund the points. That is not an acceptable answer. Oh wait, the customer service was kind enough to offer me $10 since not happy. Just incase insulting your customers and stealing their points fora box of trash from China, you then have told your staff offer $10. Just wow!!!!! Worst customer service ever!
