FleetPride’s Help Center publishes Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST for its customer support experts. Individual branches and service centers have their own hours. A local address shown in a shopping-page header can reflect the selected branch; it should not be substituted for the Irving corporate address.
How to Escalate a FleetPride Parts or Service Concern
Start with the branch that sold the part or the service center that performed the work. For an online order, use the order confirmation and customer-assistance route. The following preparation steps are suggestions for making the issue easier to investigate:
- Identify the transaction. Have the branch name, purchase date, invoice or repair-order number and account name available. Explain whether the order was placed online, at a counter, through a sales representative or as part of a fleet account.
- Identify the vehicle and component. Record the part number, manufacturer, description and relevant vehicle or equipment details. Provide the VIN or unit number privately when requested. A truck’s model year alone may not identify the installed component or application.
- Describe the actual concern. Separate an incorrect part, shipping shortage, damaged item, fitment question, repair concern or missing credit. Include photographs of packaging and identifying labels where useful, and preserve the invoice and installation or service records.
- Request the appropriate review. Ask the branch manager, service manager or online support team what documentation is needed. State whether you want return instructions, warranty assessment, an invoice correction or an explanation of the repair work.
- Keep the case together. Retain the response, case reference and any return authorization. If unresolved, ask who can review the existing case at the next level. Confirm the receiving location before shipping a component or delivering it to another branch.
For a repair concern, describe when the symptom appeared relative to the completed work, the operating conditions and any follow-up inspection already performed. Ask the responsible service center about its review process before authorizing outside work on the assumption that FleetPride will reimburse it. Warranty coverage and authorization depend on the applicable terms.
For a fleet account, specify the location or unit affected and include the assigned sales or national-account contact in follow-up when appropriate. An individual driver’s purchase, a centrally billed order and a workshop repair can involve different records. Identify which record needs correction instead of assuming that changing one automatically changes the others.
FleetPride Returns, Warranties and Core Credits
FleetPride’s Warranty and Returns policy generally allows eligible returns within 60 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and items uninstalled, in original packaging and resalable condition. Exceptions apply, including certain special orders and nonreturnable clearance items. Some returns may incur a 25% restocking fee. Confirm eligibility before arranging transportation.
The policy directs online drop-ship return questions to customerservice@fleetpride.com. It treats warranty claims separately from ordinary returns and explains that manufacturer approval or examination may be required. Service-center labor has a stated 90-day limited warranty, subject to conditions; outside warranty labor is not paid unless authorized in writing.
Core credits have their own requirements. The policy calls for eligible, like-for-like cores returned by the original purchaser within 60 days, with fluids drained and suitable packaging. Deductions may apply. Keep the core-charge line from the invoice and ask the receiving branch to document acceptance and the resulting credit. The policy separately excludes PDC purchases and directs those questions to the assigned PDC salesperson.
When preparing a return, distinguish a new unused part from a used component submitted for warranty assessment and a remanufacturing core. Label your request clearly and retain the shipping or counter receipt. Ask what will happen if inspection changes the amount of the proposed credit, and keep any explanation with the original purchase record.

FleetPride Headquarters and Contact Questions
Where is FleetPride headquartered?
The company profile lists 600 East Las Colinas Boulevard, Suite 400, Irving, Texas 75039 as its primary location. The same address appears in the privacy policy for correspondence to Legal. Confirm the department before mailing business documents; it is not an automatic parts-return destination.
How do I get invoice copies or access billing?
The Help Center directs customers to FleetPride’s BillTrust Invoice Gateway for invoices and statements. First-time enrollment uses a token from a statement, and fpstatements@fleetpride.com is the published contact for questions. Keep enrollment tokens, login credentials and full account information out of public messages.
Can I change an online order’s delivery method?
FleetPride’s Help Center says the delivery method cannot be modified after an order has been placed and describes cancellation and a new order for shipping changes. Contact support promptly about the actual order and confirm its status before placing a replacement, so you understand whether both orders could remain active.
Is there a verified employee contact?
The careers page’s 2026 notice gives 888-353-3888 and benefits@fleetpride.com for former employees requesting Form 1095-C. It directs active employees to Workday. That specific document contact should not be presented as a universal payroll, recruiting or complaint hotline; use employer-provided contacts for other matters.
What should a prospective supplier submit?
Use the supplier form linked from FleetPride’s official contact page. Prepare the business name, website, product category and a concise description of the proposed supply relationship. A supplier introduction is separate from an existing customer’s return, payment or warranty request.
FleetPride and the TruckPro Merger
FleetPride distributes heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and operates service centers. FleetPride and TruckPro announced that their merger closed on October 28, 2025, in Platinum Equity’s official announcement. Current FleetPride warranty wording includes applicable affiliates such as TruckPro. For an existing transaction, still identify the business and location named on the invoice.

Why Trust Corporate Office Headquarters?
We checked FleetPride’s company profile, national parts catalog, Help Center, privacy policy, warranty and return policy, careers notice and Platinum Equity’s merger announcement on September 12, 2026. Phone numbers and contact details were checked against published sources, not by calling. Corporate Office Headquarters is independent and is not affiliated with FleetPride. Practical preparation and escalation steps are our suggestions; the company’s own procedures and your transaction documents determine how a request is handled.
