Eastern Dental Corporate Office Headquarters 

Eastern Dental Office staffing at the Woodbury Heights office is not patient friendly. I’ve been there twice in as many weeks. I still have not received the proper care needed to repair my problem. HR is scheduling my appointment for an oral surgeon. When after 2 days I asked to speak to someone in HR, I was told I could not have a phone # or email address for that department. Praying my tooth does not abscess before HR gets me scheduled for the extraction. Not one person at the front desk said hello to any patient coming into the building. You are called up from the sign-in sheet and they discuss your personal business in the open. I was very uncomfortable while Colette the Office Manager discussed a patient’s finances for everyone to hear. This office is not very professional in the handling of patients.

The staff overcharged me and they’re never in accurate time. You have to wait 45 minutes for any procedure even for a cleaning to get done and when you call them to schedule a cleaning it’s always the next month is available. I was in pain for three weeks and no one even followed up with me. They charge me $301 and told me they’re gonna issue a check it take 4 to 6 weeks.

I have tried several times to resolve my issue with being overcharged during my visit. It has taken me 2 months and still no resolution. I’ve been waiting on the phone for over an hour and hung up on while on hold. My next course of action is just to take them to court. I’ll never go back after the service I have not received.

Brick, NJ office. Staff is rude and unprofessional. After signing financial consent for work to be done they performed additional work without consent to the tune of a few thousand additional dollars. Many calls not returned. Showed up to the office and made to wait an hour and a half . After refusing to pay and showing the signed agreement the office manager and I came to an agreement of an amount to close the account. Never went back. It is 2 years later and I am now receiving collection letters the the rest of the amount and no one will return my call. Fraudulant billing practices.

Easten Dental of Parsippany. The Staff is very incompetent!!! The office manager posts payments incorrectly. After paying $5100.00 for a procedure in full, she wanted to charge me an additional $1500.00 at my final visit; saying that there was a balance on my account. After waiting 45 minutes for her to figure out, it was her mistake; I told her this would be my last visit here. There is always a billing mistake. The office staff are not patient friendly at all. There is always a long wait in the waiting room to be seen. I am happy to say I am finally done with this Dental Office.

I will now be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
