FanDuel, A horrible response from Gloria from accounts. Who does she think she is writing an email like that to me!! I had asked for my account to be deactivated so I could take a break. Then I asked to have it reactivated. This was the horrible response I received and I would like to know why? My name is Gloria and I’m part of the Accounts team at FanDuel. Thank you for reaching out in regards to your account. Your account came to my attention due to multiple consecutive cancelled pending withdrawals as well as deposits declined for insufficient funds. This behavior is concerning to us as we take Responsible Gaming extremely seriously here at FanDuel, so please review and respond back to the questions below so I can continue this review. Failure to respond to the questions will result in your account being suspended until you respond.

• Why are you cancelling so many withdrawals? • Are you aware of the recent activity on your account? • Are you currently spending within your own financial means and at a sustainable level? • Are you aware of the responsible gambling tools onsite? • Do you have sustainable income to support your play?

Please provide full and complete responses to each of the above questions. Failure to answer all questions will result in your account not being reactivated.

Going forward if you need a break please utilize the RG tools below rather than closing or deactivating. These features will automatically reopen while closing or deactivation has no guarantee of reopening. Timeout: Account closure from 3-365 days.
