Hair Cuttery Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

Important: Hair Cuttery corporate office information is not the same as a guaranteed salon complaint-resolution line. For pricing, hair service issues, appointments, gift cards, coupons, stylist concerns, or local salon complaints, Hair Cuttery directs guests to start with the local salon or Salon Leader before escalating through the official contact form.

Hair Cuttery Headquarters and Corporate Office Update

Older Hair Cuttery corporate office listings often show the Vienna, Virginia address and older phone numbers. Current official Hair Cuttery materials list HC Salon Holdings, Inc. and Hair Cuttery Family of Brands at 1640 Boro Place, 4th Floor, McLean, VA 22102.

Because Hair Cuttery salon issues are usually location-specific, readers searching for Hair Cuttery corporate office, Hair Cuttery headquarters, Hair Cuttery corporate phone number, Hair Cuttery corporate, Hair Cuttery customer service, Hair Cuttery corporate number, Hair Cuttery gift certificate, or Hair Cuttery headquarters phone number should use the current official contact routes and include the exact salon location involved.

Salon and Service-Specific Complaint Note

Many Hair Cuttery complaints are tied to a specific salon, stylist, Salon Leader, appointment, service, price quote, gift card, coupon, product purchase, loyalty offer, or transaction. Corporate office information can be useful for documentation, but guest care will usually need the local salon, appointment date, receipt, stylist name, and the resolution requested.

Before escalating a complaint, gather the salon address, date and time of visit, service performed, quoted price, final receipt, stylist or Salon Leader name, photos if relevant, and details about the solution you want.

Choose the Correct Hair Cuttery Support Route

Use the local salon for pricing, service availability, stylist schedules, appointment changes, walk-in availability, local promotions, and same-day service questions.

Use the Salon Leader first for recent salon-experience complaints, including haircut concerns, color concerns, blow-dry charges, customer service, cleanliness, gift card use, coupon questions, or stylist conduct.

Use the Hair Cuttery contact form if you already contacted the Salon Leader and need further help. Hair Cuttery states that the appropriate District Leader will contact the guest within three business days when further assistance is needed.

Use Guest Care at 1-877-319-3919 or the Guest and People Care Center at 1-703-269-5336 for broader guest, account, accessibility, privacy, or support routing.

Use the Hair Cuttery Careers site for job applications, stylist careers, salon leadership positions, student opportunities, and employment questions.

What to Have Before Contacting Hair Cuttery Corporate Office

Before contacting Hair Cuttery, the local salon, Guest Care, or the contact form, gather:

  • The exact Hair Cuttery salon location, city, and state
  • Date and time of your appointment, walk-in visit, or transaction
  • Receipt, email receipt, gift card, coupon, loyalty information, or payment record
  • Service requested, service performed, stylist level if known, and final charge
  • Photos of the haircut, color, styling issue, receipt, or product concern if relevant
  • Names of the stylist, Salon Leader, District Leader, or guest-care representative already contacted, if available
  • A short timeline and the specific resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Hair Cuttery Complaint

Start with the local salon, especially if the issue involves a recent haircut, color service, blow dry, price quote, coupon, gift card, product purchase, or appointment. Ask for the Salon Leader and explain what happened while the details are fresh.

If the Salon Leader does not resolve the issue, submit the Hair Cuttery contact form with the salon location, appointment date, receipt, photos, and prior contact history. Hair Cuttery says the appropriate District Leader will follow up when further assistance is needed.

For written corporate documentation, use the current HC Salon Holdings / Hair Cuttery Family of Brands address in McLean, Virginia. Send copies rather than originals and keep proof of mailing if the issue involves a larger refund, repeated unresolved complaint, accessibility request, privacy request, or formal written concern.

Pricing, Service Menu, and Receipt Complaints

Hair Cuttery’s FAQ explains that prices may vary by location and by stylist experience level. This matters because many salon complaints involve a difference between the price a guest expected and the price shown on the receipt.

If the complaint involves a charge for long hair, a blow dry, a deluxe blow dry, a wash, a package, a color service, a treatment, or a product, ask the salon to explain the service line items on the receipt. Keep a copy of the receipt and any promotional code, coupon, online price, or screenshot used before the appointment.

If you feel a service was added without consent, document what you requested, what was performed, who approved it, and when the final price was disclosed.

Hair Type, Stylist Skill, and Service Quality Concerns

Hair Cuttery says its Salon Professionals are trained to handle a range of hair types and textures and that guests can discuss their hair’s needs through a free consultation in salon or by phone. If your concern involves hair texture, ethnic hair, curls, color correction, extensions, flat ironing, damage, or a service the salon could not complete, include those details in your complaint.

For service quality concerns, take photos as soon as possible and contact the salon promptly. If the issue involves color, texture, damage, chemical services, or uneven cutting, ask the Salon Leader what correction options are available before visiting another salon.

Appointments, Walk-Ins, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Hair Cuttery allows online booking through its website and app. The FAQ says guests can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments through the app or website and that all locations offer walk-in availability and same-day scheduling, though booking ahead is recommended because availability can vary.

If your complaint involves a missed appointment, delay, cancellation, walk-in wait time, stylist availability, or appointment not honored, keep your appointment confirmation, salon location, time, and any text or email updates.

Gift Cards, Coupons, Promotions, and Loyalty Issues

Hair Cuttery guest complaints may involve gift cards, gift certificates, coupons, promotion codes, loyalty offers, email sign-up offers, SMS offers, or app-based discounts. Keep the gift card number, purchase receipt, promotion code, email offer, screenshot, and salon receipt.

If a salon does not know how to apply a gift card or promotion, ask for the Salon Leader before completing the transaction when possible. If the issue is not resolved locally, submit the contact form with the gift card details and receipt, but do not post the full gift card number publicly in a comment or review.

Products, Cibu, and Retail Purchases

Hair Cuttery sells and uses salon products, while Cibu is part of the Hair Cuttery Family of Brands. Product complaints may involve salon-purchased products, online Cibu orders, product recommendations, damaged items, allergic reactions, or product performance concerns.

For retail product complaints, keep the receipt, product name, lot number if available, photos, and the salon or website where purchased. For medical or allergy concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional and avoid posting private health details publicly.

Accessibility, Privacy, Former Associates, and Careers

Hair Cuttery lists contact routes for accessibility feedback and privacy questions. Use the accessibility contact route for website or app accessibility concerns, and use the privacy contact route for personal data rights, access, deletion, correction, opt-out, or similar privacy requests.

Former associates can submit a request through the Hair Cuttery contact page. Current job seekers should use Hair Cuttery Careers for stylist opportunities, salon leadership roles, student opportunities, and corporate or field positions.

Scam and Fake Hair Cuttery Support Number Warning

Be careful when searching online for a Hair Cuttery corporate phone number, Hair Cuttery customer service number, Hair Cuttery gift card support, Hair Cuttery refund number, or Hair Cuttery HR number. Salon guests can be targeted by fake coupon pages, fake gift card balance sites, fake refund messages, phishing emails, fake job offers, and unofficial phone listings.

Use HairCuttery.com, the official contact page, the official salon locator, official appointment emails, official app links, and current Hair Cuttery Family of Brands pages before sharing account, payment, gift card, or identity information. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, bank login information, Social Security numbers, gift card numbers, or remote computer access to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Hair Cuttery Disappointing Experience

March 20, 2025

Hair Cuttery, Ripoff. There are no service menus with prices posted anywhere. You don’t find out what was charged until you receive the email receipt. Why are there different prices for the same service at different locations? I never get my hair washed there because of neck issues so I go with my hair freshly washed but for some reason I can’t get a price for just a cut. I asked if a blow dry could be substituted for the wash I don’t use. No! Today I paid for the wash with blow dry and the girl charged me $13 extra for long hair. My hair is to my chin. This was a new location I decided to try. So they saw a senior citizen and decided to take advantage. They just want you to tap your credit card without giving an amount for services but the dang tip screen sure makes an appearance. All in all bad experience. Will try my luck at a barber shop.

Hair Cuttery Gift Card Payment Issue

February 16, 2025

Hair Cuttery, Gift Card! I gave my son in law a $50.00 gift card and the Hair Cuttery that he goes to does not know how to use the gift card as a payment. So I have to find another Hair Cuttery that can explain to me how to apply the gift cards a payment so I can tell my son in law so the next time he gets his hair cut he can direct them what to do. They don’t have an instruction guide on certain register situations? Wow in today’s day and age.

Overcharged and not asked

December 19, 2023

I stopped in at the Van Dorn Alexandria VA Hair Cuttery to have my two teenage daughters’ hair cut. They were not busy and the only customer there was just paying and leaving. They asked what I wanted and I said I wanted my two daughters hair cut. They asked if I was paying for it together and I said “yes.” They asked if I wanted my hair cut I said “no.” I have gone to this location a few times and had have no prior problems at all. The girls got their hair washed and cut. Then they started to blow dry. When the time came to pay, the total was $128! I was shocked and asked, “Why?” Usually, when I get their haircut it’s around $60. The stylist said it was because they had “long hair” and had a “deluxe blow dry.” I don’t even know what that is and said “I never asked for that and you didn’t ask me if I wanted it.” The stylist said she asked my daughter. I told her “I am the mom and the one paying for the haircuts and I wasn’t asked by either stylist if I wanted this done.” The other stylist didn’t even ask my other daughter if she wanted this “deluxe blow dry.” I was upset and said that it “was ridiculous, and this was a bait and switch to something I never agreed upon.” She said, “she would try to change it on the computer and that next time I would have to pay for this service.” I was upset and frustrated with this response. The stylist said the computer was slow and it wouldn’t change. I told her “I was not paying for a deluxe blow dry when I only came in for my girls to have a haircut and was not asked.” She typed in the computer again for a bit and said “She was going to charge me for “short hair” and that would bring it down to about $84.” I couldn’t believe how I was being treated and robbed. I told them I was never coming back and it was horrible how they did this.

Hair Cuttery Complaint

November 29, 2023

I visited the Hair Cuttery in Gaithersburg Maryland, the address is 257 Kentlands Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. I would like to share my experience and how humiliated, and dissatisfied I feel. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 pm on November 28, 2023. I called ahead of time to inquire about the availability of someone who could do ethnic-style hair, and the receptionist confirmed that they could. When I arrived the stylist approached me and asked if I could take out my hair tie in the waiting area. It would have been more professional to take me to her booth. She began to feel my hair and said “Oh I can’t do your kind of hair let me see if I can find someone.” She then said okay I will wash your hair. As I’m sitting in the chair she continues to say “Yeah I can’t do your hair texture etc.” Finally, she finds someone familiar with my hair. After the wash, I sit down in that stylist’s chair and I explain what style I would like done. For the record, I just wanted a wash, blow dry, and flat iron. Instantly this couple walks into the salon. She converses with them for a few minutes then walks back over to me and says “I’m so sorry I have two other clients.” I’m confused by this because she just said she could do my hair. I also had a scheduled appointment and was sitting in her chair with wet hair. This couple seemed as if they had just walked in with no appointment, due to the fact she was surprised to see them. At this point, I tell them not to worry about it and I leave the salon with wet hair. This salon is extremely unprofessional and lacks the proper skills to care for all hair types. I feel very uneasy about this situation and would like something to be done immediately.

Hair Cuttery Not Honoring free Haircuts on Veterans day

November 11, 2023

Per military.com there was a free haircut for vets. I went after work took my fiancé and was going to get her a cut also. They were going to get it for her whatever the cost. We’re told to come back in an hour. So we went shopping. They called at about 35 minutes and I was going to buy something but the line was long. I did not want to disrespect your staff. We got There the free haircut vanished then went to 20% off. I know I am not woke. I won’t ever be. The disrespect issued was not good. I go there often for cuts. It won’t happen again. Done
