Homeaglow Disappointing Service Issue

Homeaglow, The cleaner failed to clean the areas she was meant to. She brought her sister along and expected to be paid double. The cleaner only attended to the kitchen and one bathroom. She declined to clean the shower, which is the most crucial part of the bathroom. She refused to clean many other rooms in the house. She didn’t sweep beneath the furniture. She didn’t wipe down the countertops or clean the range hood. Stains were left on the floor. The cleaning was very minimal.

Homeaglow Disappointing Customer Service

Homeaglow, Horrible service. I originally started with them last July they sent my first person finally out in September she immediately broke one of my $1,500 one of a kind figurines she cleaned only the living room and dining room in 3 hours and left the next person who finally came this was supposed to be every two weeks finally came in February she too broken object on my dining room table which was new and broke the wing off the heron which put a small to dance in the table top she supposedly cleaned the kitchen living room and dining room and only the bedroom no no bedroom 3 hours I gave each one of these girls a good review because I did not want them to lose their jobs the service has been horrible I have continued to try and stop the subscription which was only supposed to be for 6 months as of April they are still charging me on my credit card I called my credit card company and disputed these eight charges they refunded my account next thing I know yesterday they rescinded that and put those charges back on my credit card I have been trying to get a phone number to Homeaglow and they want to charge a dollar really horrible horrible people.

Homeaglow, My plan says I get Priority Customer Support – what a joke. I have a need to contact customer support to discuss my membership. There is Zero information on how to do this. In fact from the website, it is not possible. Yet, my plan Forever Clean claims I have Priority Customer Support. I did a Google and found corporate phone number. When I call and ask to speak to a customer service rep, the call is disconnected. At this point, I plan to submit issue to better business bureau and go on any site that rates this joke of a company with my experience. Do not walk, Run away from Homeaglow.

Homeaglow Bonneau SC Frustrating Experience

February 12, 2025

Homeaglow, Cleaner only 45 mins away text me 3 times to delay ETA. Scheduled cleaning – Wednesday, February 12, 2025, I contracted with Homeaglow on Saturday, February 8, 2025 in Bonneau, South Carolina. Signed up for the Forever Cleaning to six months. Scheduled time for the cleaner was 10 am, she coming from far side of Summerville, South Carolina. Cleaner text @ 9:33 am to say she’d be late. ETA would now be 11 am. Said she did not realize how far I was from her location. @ 10:52 am the cleaner text again to say that her ETA would now be 11:55 am. The cleaner is approximately 45 minutes from my location. Did she not map out the distance when she grabbed the job??????????? that would have meant, if she was reliable, that she would needed to leave her location around 9am in order to arrive at the scheduled and agreed up time. Very disappointed.

Homeaglow, Overcharged several times – Cleaning was minimal – When canceled continued to charge. Homeaglow makes promises they don’t keep, and I keep getting charged after I told them at the beginning of the year that I was canceling and not to charge me again.
