Mohela Frustrating Payment Issue

Mohela, Consider this your first warning. You make it impossible for me to log in to my account, and you only allow users to send a message if someone logs in. When I call nobody picks up for hours. I have repeatedly attempted to log in to figure out what is going on. You sent me an email saying I am “past due”. I 0 dispute this, because you have made it functionally impossible to reach you or pay you. If you touch my credit report I will sue you into oblivion. In order to avoid immediate litigation please have a representative from your organization personally email me immediately. This is your first warning.

Mohela Frustrating Customer Service

Mohela, Unreachable agents to answer questions with wait times over 4 hours. I give them a negative zero rating. The wait time to get to speak to anyone is 4 hours or more. They suggest to call between 7am and 11am but that makes no difference. I was in the queue for over 4 hours and then disconnected and had to call back to now sit for another 4 hours. People have jobs, how do you expect someone to stay on their phone waiting for an entire day? I didn’t choose this server it was given to me, Mohela knows how to take peoples money but can’t offer any assistance. Logging on my account does not answer my questions.
