Ordered cookies for my 80 yr old widowed mom for Xmas on Dec 12 for Dec 20 delivery. She never got them I called on the 21st- and they said they’d overnight them- nope, never sent them. Emails went unanswered – and refund requests- unanswered. Called a third time- and got someone who said they’d refund me in 5-10 business days- after that, I got to call back AGAIN. Wow. Just go to Cheryl’s Cookies- excellent customer service- flawless transactions.

I ordered a cookie basket for daughter’s birthday 6 days prior. The cookies never arrived. Upon inquiry I was informed they changed delivery services and the cookies would not be delivered until the following day making them 2 days late. I inquired about compensation and was given delivery fee refund of $12.99. I inquired about further compensation discount for 2 days lateness and was given a discussion in a condescending tone of voice on about how I purchased the cheaper delivery option. I inquired about canceling the order and was informed I could not cancel the order. The customer service employee already admitted it was their fault due to changing delivery services. I have purchased from Mrs Field’s several times and ither delivery services with food and never had a delivery be 2 days late for a special occasion. I will not be using Mrs Field’s again for my special occasions. Order number 309136.
