Regional Finance Lexington SC

Regional Financce, If there was a 0 rating definitely Regional Finance in Lexington, SC would have that. I was forced to have my account set up on automatic withdraw. The manager in the Lexington office has now taken money from my account twice without authorization. I Do Not want anymore withdraws from my account. I called and set up a payment, Katherine says she forgot to stop the automatic withdraw which caused a payment to come out twice for 1 month. Katherine made it sound like I told her to do it. She is not a good manager and does not make Regional Finance look like they hire people who know what they are doing. Katherine’s way of business is not professional. I had to once again borrow money to make my house payment because when Regional takes and extra $277 and change from, your account, it hurts. The only way I even knew this was my online banking account. I did not even receive a text a payment was coming out which I should not have since I paid it on the 15th of the month. This is not the kind of business anyone should have to deal with. I even asked for the district manager’s name and number and the CEO of the company and I was refused. Makes one think they do not want to get caught doing shady business. This to me is stealing from my account especially when they already received their payment when they told me the payment was canceled and moved to the end of the month.
