Hi I work at a Applebee's in TX and been working there a while. As long as I've worked for Applebee's company I have never experienced a more disrespectful unqualified manager. I loved Applebee's but I have grew to absolutely hate it and plan on leaving the company. I have already talked to the corporate and the GM manager also other managers about this particular manager. I keep getting the run around and we're working on it. If this manager don't leave several employees are all quitting. She is very rude and very aggressive she's actually a bully and called me a know it all yesterday. I gladly walked out and called another applebees to transfer. She constantly eats behind the line and always on the phone in the bathroom. Just within the past two days several tables walked out because of her not doing her job. Certain tables haven't been spoken to being low on servers since everybody is quitting. As a manager it is your duty to make sure the Restaurant is being well taken care of.
