Trying to reach corporate via email to submit my complaint..Hi, I could not, send this complaint online, because I don’t have store number, only address, and I don’t have my receipt #.

Please forward to Chick-fil-a Corporate Customer Complaint department. ….. I ordered 3 chic fil a sandwiches (no pickles) & a small fries, yesterday, Monday, 1/27/25 around 5:30pm. Chick-fil-a on Black Horse Pike in EHT! 6801 or 6038 Black Horse Pike Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 Charged on my Discover card. Aprox Order Charge Was 18.00 + Change! Telling you this, because I threw out the receipt, I always do the drive thru there! My girlfriend & I were very dissatisfied with the size of the chicken breasts (very small) and Bun’s were cold & stale/bland. Next time I’ll save my receipt. I needed to pass along this feedback, because I used to be in the food business. I’m surprised. Chick-Fil-A is usually always Delicious, Hot & Fresh, with a nice size piece of Chicken!… I hope this feedback will reach the management there, & at Corporate! FYI – The order takers & workers that hand me my order, are always courteous & friendly! I hope someone of importance reads this & confirms receipt of my comments. Thank you for your attention to this matter. A long time Chick-fil-A customer!

Chick-Fil-A Disappointing

Chick-Fil-A, Dirty. While traveling stopped at 815 England Rd/Ave (not sure) in Ashland or Hanover VA @ 915am. Most employees standing around talking other than the ones working drive through. No greeting & yet they were just hanging around. Both carpets were dirty & needed a vacuum. The floor probably needed mopping. The ladies bathroom was dirty; trashcans overflowing, the base of the commode was dirty, the toilet bowl could have used a scrubbing. Coming from Northern Virginia I had never seen a dirty Chick-Fil-A. We didn’t order. Didn’t think to take photos.

Chick-fil-A Greensboro GA

A Chick-fil-A opened in Greensboro, Georgia some months ago. If the customer service doesn’t step up to the plate, I don’t see it being opened for any length of time.

I have been to so many Chick-fil-A’s throughout Georgia and surrounding areas for many years. I moved to Greensboro to be near my grandchildren who by the way, happen to love some Chick-fil-A and were so happy when we got one! It’s unfortunate that after wanting a Chick-fil-A in our area it’s not a good one. Folks wait in all kinds of lines for Chick-fil-A across the Country because the service and food are worth the wait. Think I’ll spend my money and time elsewhere in Greensboro. Surely hope things will change at this location.
