Norton Disappointing Account Issue

Norton closed my account due to their system issues. They tell me I will just have to wait. My account was closed due to a glitch in Norton system. When I called I was told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours and I would receive a call. I did not receive a call. When I called back 72 hours later I was told the same thing. I requested that the account be turned back on while they determine why it was closed. I was told they could not do that. When I asked if I would receive a refund IF I decided to cancel my subscription I was told I was beyond the refund period, even though Norton is the cause of the problem. I would like to have the account turned back on in a reasonable time period, but was not given an approximation of time until it will be resolved or my account will be turned back on. In the interim, my devices are vulnerable to attack by hackers.

Norton, Being charged for something I did not ask for. I got charged $159.99 I did not agree for any Norton’s services. This service stinks trying to charge me for Norton years back I have not had a computer for 5 years just a tablet. I don’t need Norton right now.

Norton, I would give this department “Zero” stars if it was offered. I have been trying to cancel my subscription that my (now deceased) wife had on auto pay since 01-03-2025. Today is 01-29-2025. I keep getting the same dialog every time I call back but it is a different person each time. I’ll give you this: “they do know how to follow the script” I try calling corporate head quarters but to no surprise, that is not a working number! Surprise, Surprise. My quest to reach as many people I can and tell them to Not us Norton has begun!!!
