I haven't worked in a month though I know it's more than not having events I have some health Issues and no Longer valued as an Employee I have Statements and They Keep saying No Events; I have been with Aramark off and on Since 1998 I guess because they raised prices on everything people are not using them as Much

    I would also like to add to the above comment. I feel there should also be an investigation into the hiring practices of the South Dakota School of Mines site. It turns out that only friends of the site manager are being hired for other management positions, or are being kept in such positions without good reason due to friendship. I'm the spouse for a manager that was recently laid off. His name is Justin Weidenbach. Justin's background is in Catering and Hospitality in large facilities to include the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. He was efficient, and knowledgeable and worked just as hard as the employees under him. He was well liked by his staff, as well as other managers in the company. The company itself paid for him to help fix one of the North Dakota Aramark sites, as well as spent the money to fly him to Illinois to obtain further training for the company. the Catering Manager by the name of Sue, has consistently maintained a negative reputation in the community. This would also include comments made by city employees. Last June Justin was laid off, and Sue was kept… It would seem this happened because Sue and another manager by the name of Rocky, lost accounts for their site, but Justin was laid off. I know he could save this company money, where it is being lost by other managers. I feel that those two managers were only kept on because the site manager Jen Hauf, was a previous friend of theirs. As well the regional manager Jill, is also friends with Jen Hauf, as well as a previous manager at this site Jolie who hired Jen Hauf. All friends, very suspicious. I beg you to investigate this manner as I know this company boasts that it is one of the most ethical companies in the nation. If this is true, I don't believe the ethical standard is being upheld at this particular site.Justin was rehired and demoted to a supervisor position being paid 16.83 an hour and is unable to work during the summer due to the position he was rehired into. He has considerably more experience managing than Sue does, and I just don't understand why the company had put so much time, energy and money into Justin just to let him go. I encourage the company to revisit this decision. It would be greatly appreciated. Justin is a much better fit and would definitely benefit the company in positive ways. Thank you for your time and attention to this manner.
