Hooters Lakeland FL Excellent Customer Service

Hooters, Above and Beyond General Manager. Good Afternoon, Wanted to let Hooters corporate office know of their General Manager for Hooters located in Lakeland off of I-4 unbelievable help. Last week I along with several friends (one person from out of town and a couple from England) went to lunch and had a great time, Lupi was our server and is very nice, helpful and a pleasure to meet. So, the next day, I could not find my credit card and thought maybe I left it at Hooters. I called the location at 11am and the phone was quickly answered by the general manager – Ron Wood. Ron took the time to see if the credit card was turned in and luckily it was. Ron then told me he would take it that night and mail it by Fedex to me. Ron never asked how I wanted to pay for it and obviously must have paid it himself. What a great person, who would do this for a customer and was also very pleasant. In my younger years, I was a director of operations for a fast-food company and can tell you that this type of person does not come around often. Please let Ron know that I really appreciated what he did and would highly recommend any friends to go to this Hooters.

Hooters Customer Service

Not sure how their sales are doing but from what I can see there are a lot of hard feelings and animosity among the servers and the management. The Harlingen location has gotten worse with every GM and management team that you have put in there. They mess with the servers’ schedules, they harass them to the point where the servers leave. I have never seen a Hooters run into the ground like these three are doing. The GM is a Jerk his name is Robert. Let’s face it, people, especially men go there for the servers and as a customer, I have my favorite but within the last 2 months they have started messing with their schedules. You need to send in the undercover boss to check it out. If you go against them, they will make up stuff against the server as an excuse to get rid of them.
