Beef O Brady's Customer Service Issue

February 18, 2024

The new renovation is nice. Very unhappy with some of the issues encountered! The waitresses were overall friendly. The food except for one meal. The 10$ meal with Mac and Cheese and BBQ the pasta was extremely hard. The waitresses never came back to check on the meal. We had to flag down a waitress to get Britney to come over and complain. My granddaughter said then just bring me what my mom had(Philly steak sand). That took a long time to come out. There were 5 of us. I can only drink water due to my chemo. We got charged for 5 drinks instead of 4. We got charged for the increase of the steak sand. No sorry for the bad meal. But the most disappointing thing was that although all the girls were pretty EVERYONE of them had their very long hair down. The health department would have something to say about that. I kept watching when they carried out food to see if the long hair went into the food. I really like eating at this location but I was very disappointed with the overcharge and the hair situation.
