Anheuser-Busch Corporate Office: Headquarters & Phone

Anheuser-Busch corporate office is located in St. Louis, Missouri. The company is one of the largest brewers in the United States and produces well-known brands including Michelob ULTRA, Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch Light and other beer and beverage products.

This page provides the current Anheuser-Busch headquarters address, corporate phone number, customer-service number, online contact resources, careers information, leadership details, parent-company information and complaint-escalation guidance.

Important corporate distinction: Anheuser-Busch’s U.S. headquarters is at One Busch Place in St. Louis. Anheuser-Busch is part of global parent company Anheuser-Busch InBev, or AB InBev, whose principal executive offices are in Leuven, Belgium. Customers with a U.S. product or consumer-service concern should normally contact Anheuser-Busch directly rather than the Belgian parent company’s corporate office.

Anheuser-Busch Corporate Office Headquarters

Choose the correct Anheuser-Busch contact: Use 1-800-342-5283 for a U.S. consumer question, product-quality concern or general feedback. Use 314-577-2000 for appropriate corporate-office matters. Product complaints can also be submitted through the official Anheuser-Busch Contact Us form.

Anheuser-Busch
One Busch Place

This is the address people are generally looking for when searching for Anheuser-Busch headquarters, Anheuser-Busch HQ, Anheuser-Busch corporate office, Anheuser-Busch corporate address or the Anheuser-Busch main office.

What Is the Anheuser-Busch Corporate Phone Number?

The Anheuser-Busch corporate-office telephone number is 314-577-2000.

This number is associated with the company’s St. Louis corporate operation.

Consumers calling about beer quality, packaging, expiration or freshness information, a purchase or general brand feedback should usually use the dedicated Consumer Relations number at 1-800-342-5283 rather than the corporate switchboard.

Does Anheuser-Busch Have a Customer Service Email?

Anheuser-Busch currently directs consumers to an online email/contact form rather than prominently publishing one universal direct customer-service email address.

The official Anheuser-Busch Contact Us page allows customers to select the reason for contacting the company and submit a written message.

The form can be used to:

  • Ask a question
  • Share a concern
  • Submit a compliment or comment
  • Report a product issue
  • Identify the Anheuser-Busch brand involved
  • Upload a photograph of a product or package when relevant

Anheuser-Busch also provides chat through its current Contact Us system.

How to Report an Anheuser-Busch Product Quality Problem

If a beer or other Anheuser-Busch product appears damaged, stale, improperly packaged or otherwise unusual, keep the container and packaging until Consumer Relations has responded.

Anheuser-Busch’s contact process asks consumers with product-related concerns for information that can include:

  • Brand name
  • Type of product
  • Production or date code
  • Where the product was purchased
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Description of the concern
  • Photographs of the container, packaging or production code when helpful

This information can help the company identify when and where the product was manufactured and distributed.

For product-quality assistance, call 1-800-342-5283 or submit the official online form.

Anheuser-Busch Expiration and Freshness Complaints

Consumers sometimes contact Anheuser-Busch about freshness dates or product dating printed on cans, bottles and packaging.

If you believe a retailer sold a product that was beyond, or extremely close to, its recommended freshness date:

  1. Keep the package and containers: Do not discard the printed date and production information.
  2. Keep the purchase receipt: This identifies the retailer and date of purchase.
  3. Photograph the code: A clear image can help Consumer Relations review the issue.
  4. Contact the retailer: The store may have its own refund or exchange procedure.
  5. Contact Anheuser-Busch: Call 1-800-342-5283 or submit the online form if manufacturer assistance is needed.

How to Escalate an Anheuser-Busch Complaint

The best escalation route depends on whether the issue concerns a product, retailer, marketing inquiry, employment matter or other business question.

  1. Start with Consumer Relations: Call 1-800-342-5283 or use the Contact Us form.
  2. Provide complete information: Include the product, date code, place of purchase and details of the concern when relevant.
  3. Keep documentation: Save receipts, product photographs, packaging and previous correspondence.
  4. Ask for clarification: If you do not understand the response or proposed resolution, request a clearer explanation or additional review.
  5. Keep case information: Save any reference number or correspondence received from Consumer Relations.
  6. Use corporate correspondence when appropriate: Significant unresolved corporate matters can be directed to Anheuser-Busch, One Busch Place, St. Louis, MO 63118.
Privacy reminder: Do not publish complete payment-card information, home addresses, employee credentials, private account information or other sensitive personal details in a public Anheuser-Busch review.

Anheuser-Busch Scam Warning

Anheuser-Busch specifically warns consumers about fraudulent vehicle-wrap or “car wrap” solicitations that falsely claim to be associated with the company or its brands.

The company states that these solicitations are scams and advises recipients not to:

  • Send money
  • Deposit suspicious checks
  • Provide banking information
  • Provide Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information
  • Respond to the fraudulent solicitation

Consumers who receive a suspicious offer should verify it through official Anheuser-Busch channels before taking action.

Anheuser-Busch Human Resources and Careers

Anheuser-Busch does not prominently publish the main St. Louis corporate telephone number as a dedicated public Human Resources hotline.

Job applicants should use the official Anheuser-Busch Careers website for current job openings and recruiting information.

Anheuser-Busch employment opportunities can include:

  • Brewing and manufacturing
  • Supply chain and logistics
  • Engineering and maintenance
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Technology
  • Legal and corporate affairs
  • Human Resources and People functions
  • Early-career and internship opportunities

Current employees should use the internal Human Resources and benefits resources supplied by Anheuser-Busch rather than public consumer-contact channels.

About Anheuser-Busch

Anheuser-Busch traces its brewing history in St. Louis to the nineteenth century and has maintained a major presence in the city for more than 165 years.

The company operates breweries and other production and distribution facilities across the United States.

Current Anheuser-Busch brands and beverage businesses include products such as:

  • Michelob ULTRA
  • Budweiser
  • Bud Light
  • Busch Light
  • Stella Artois in the U.S.
  • Ready-to-drink and beyond-beer products
  • Non-alcohol beverage options

Individual brands can maintain their own websites, promotions and specialized support resources even though Anheuser-Busch Consumer Relations handles many product concerns centrally.

Who Owns Anheuser-Busch?

Anheuser-Busch is part of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, commonly known as AB InBev.

AB InBev is a publicly traded international beverage company incorporated under Belgian law. Its shares have a primary listing in Brussels, and American Depositary Receipts trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol BUD.

Anheuser-Busch became part of the present AB InBev organization following the 2008 combination of Anheuser-Busch and InBev.

Where Is AB InBev’s Global Headquarters?

The global parent company should be distinguished from the U.S. Anheuser-Busch headquarters.

AB InBev’s current principal executive offices are:

Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV
Brouwerijplein 1
3000 Leuven
Belgium

AB InBev separately lists its registered office as:

Grand Place 1
1000 Brussels
Belgium

The older Belgian telephone number previously included on this page is no longer prominently published as a general public corporate contact on AB InBev’s current investor and contact resources, so it has been removed from this updated listing.

Consumers in the United States should use Anheuser-Busch’s U.S. Consumer Relations contacts rather than AB InBev’s Belgian corporate office.

Anheuser-Busch Leadership

Brendan Whitworth is U.S. CEO of Anheuser-Busch and CEO of AB InBev’s North America Zone.

He oversees the company’s U.S. and Canadian operations, including long-term business strategy, portfolio management, innovation and other major operational areas.

Michel Doukeris is Chief Executive Officer of global parent company AB InBev.

Doukeris has served as AB InBev CEO since 2021 and previously led Anheuser-Busch and the North America business.

Anheuser-Busch Competitors and Related Corporate Offices

Anheuser-Busch competes with large domestic and international brewers, beer importers, craft breweries and companies selling alternative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Other major industry competitors include Heineken, Constellation Brands’ U.S. beer business, Boston Beer Company and numerous regional and craft brewers.

The older term “MillerCoors” should not be treated as the current corporate name of Anheuser-Busch’s major U.S. competitor. The business is now part of Molson Coors Beverage Company.

Anheuser-Busch Reviews on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com

There are currently two visible reader reviews on this Anheuser-Busch CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com page.

A September 2024 reviewer describes purchasing an 18-pack at Walmart and discovering that the package’s expiration or freshness date was the following day. The reviewer says they had generally been satisfied with the company previously but wanted greater attention paid to product distribution and dating.

A December 2022 submission is not a conventional product complaint. The writer describes trying to reach Brendan Whitworth and offers marketing and corporate-strategy advice intended to improve the company’s business performance.

With only two visible submissions, there is not enough firsthand COH feedback to establish broad positive or negative customer-service or product-quality trends for Anheuser-Busch.

Anheuser-Busch Expiration Issue

September 22, 2024

Anheuser-Busch, I purchased 18 package from Walmart on Saturday. Only to discover the expiration date was the next day. I have been a loyal customer for many years, wish. You would be more careful in your distribution. Usually very good but check expiration dates.

Anheuser-Busch Downward Spiral

December 13, 2022

I have been trying to contact CEO Brendon Whitworth.

I want to help your company reverse its downward spiral and reestablish its leadership in the beverage industry. I am an expert in marketing and would like to help your company. I know what your company needs to do to reverse the image that it is currently experiencing. If you are working with another firm currently I understand but I see no indication of fixing this problem. If this situation is not addressed by Memorial Day then you will have lost the summer and will find yourself in a very difficult position. Action needs to be taken immediately. If your strategy is to wait it out and see what happens I strongly disagree with that strategy. Your stock is lower and profits are down along with market share. Please give me a call and just chat a bit. What could it hurt? The time is now to emerge from this unfortunate situation.
