Blain’s Farm & Fleet Corporate Office Headquarters: Address, Phone Number, Customer Service and Complaints

🗨  Comments

Blain’s Farm & Fleet’s corporate office headquarters is located at 3507 East Racine Street in Janesville, Wisconsin. The published Blain Supply corporate switchboard number is 608-754-2821. Customers needing help with an online order, shipping, returns, damaged merchandise, Drive Thru Pickup, Rewards points, gift cards, automotive service or another shopping concern should normally contact Blain’s Customer Care at 1-800-210-2370.

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is a family-owned Midwestern retailer selling automotive products, tools, hardware, farm and livestock supplies, pet products, clothing, footwear, lawn and garden equipment, home goods, sporting goods and seasonal merchandise. Blain Supply, Customer Care, individual stores, Automotive Service Centers, product manufacturers, warranty administrators and the Blain’s Rewards Mastercard issuer have different responsibilities. This page explains which contact route to use and how to escalate an unresolved complaint.

Blain’s Farm & Fleet Corporate Office Contact Information

The Janesville address is Blain Supply’s corporate and support-center location. It is not a public merchandise-return desk, Automotive Service Center or ordinary Farm & Fleet retail store. Customers should not visit headquarters to return products, collect an online order, redeem a gift card, request vehicle service or apply for a store job unless Blain’s has provided instructions.

Where Is Blain’s Farm & Fleet Headquarters?

Blain Supply, Inc. is headquartered at:

Blain Supply, Inc.
3507 East Racine Street
Janesville, WI 53547

The headquarters supports executive leadership, purchasing, merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, information technology, finance, human resources, real estate, construction, store operations, supply-chain management and other company-wide functions.

Some older directories display ZIP code 53546. Blain’s official directions and current corporate records use Janesville, Wisconsin 53547 for the support-center location.

What Is the Blain’s Corporate Phone Number?

The Blain Supply corporate switchboard number is 608-754-2821.

This number is most appropriate for legitimate corporate, administrative, business, vendor, real-estate and headquarters-related matters. It should not be presented as the primary Customer Care number.

For ordinary shopping and account concerns, use 1-800-210-2370.

Blain’s Customer Care Hours

Blain’s states that questions and comments submitted through its contact system are answered Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time, except holidays when its stores are closed.

The company advises customers to allow approximately two to four business days for an email or contact-form response during periods of heavy volume.

These are response hours for Customer Care communications. They should not be described as confirmed public walk-in hours for the Janesville corporate office. Store, Automotive Service Center and holiday hours vary by location.

Corporate Office vs. Customer Care vs. Local Stores

Blain Supply and Blain’s Farm & Fleet divide responsibilities among several departments.

Corporate headquarters generally handles company policy, executive administration, merchandising, purchasing, finance, technology, legal matters, real estate, vendor relations and company-wide operations.

Customer Care handles online orders, shipping, returns by mail, website problems, Rewards questions, product information and unresolved shopping complaints.

Local stores handle in-store purchases, Customer Service Desk returns, Drive Thru Pickup, local inventory, Automotive Service Center appointments, store employee supervision and immediate store complaints.

Product manufacturers may control manufacturer warranties, repair procedures, replacement parts and safety recalls.

BEST plan administrators handle claims under Blain’s optional extended-service programme.

First National Bank of Omaha issues and services the Blain’s Farm & Fleet Rewards Mastercard. Credit-card billing and account complaints should be directed through the card-management system.

How to Escalate a Blain’s Farm & Fleet Complaint

Begin with the store or department responsible for the transaction. Ask to speak with the store manager, Customer Service Desk manager, Automotive Service Center manager or department manager.

Explain:

  1. What was purchased or requested
  2. Where and when the transaction occurred
  3. What was represented or promised
  4. What occurred
  5. Who has already been contacted
  6. What response was received
  7. The specific resolution being requested

If the store cannot resolve the matter, contact Blain’s Customer Care at 1-800-210-2370 or submit the online contact form. Select Complaint or the subject that most closely matches the issue.

Keep the receipt, order confirmation, photographs, warranty documents, repair paperwork, return tracking and previous correspondence. Ask for a case or reference number when available.

Substantial unresolved corporate correspondence may be sent to:

Blain Supply, Inc.
3507 East Racine Street
Janesville, WI 53547

Sending a letter to headquarters does not replace a return deadline, recall instruction, warranty requirement, credit-card dispute procedure or other time-sensitive process.

Online Order Problems

Online-order complaints may involve an incorrect product, duplicate order, address error, failed promotion, unexpected surcharge, unavailable product or payment authorization.

Review the order confirmation immediately after checkout. Confirm:

  • The products and quantities
  • The sizes, colours and models
  • The shipping or pickup method
  • The selected store
  • The delivery address
  • The promotional code
  • The Rewards account
  • The total charged

Orders begin processing shortly after submission. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

How to Cancel a Blain’s Online Order

Call Customer Care at 1-800-210-2370 immediately to determine whether the order can still be cancelled.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders for selected seasonal livestock products cannot be cancelled after the applicable order deadline shown on the website.

For a Drive Thru Pickup order, contact the selected pickup store. If the order cannot be cancelled before fulfilment, the customer may need to receive it and follow the return policy.

Shipping Complaints

FarmandFleet.com ships within the United States and does not ship to international or freight-forwarding addresses.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery method, order subtotal, product size, weight and special-handling requirements.

Complaints may involve:

  • A late shipment
  • A tracking number that has not updated
  • A package marked delivered but not received
  • Damage during shipping
  • A missing product
  • An incorrect product
  • An unexpected oversized-item surcharge

Weather-related carrier delays may not qualify for a shipping refund. Contact the carrier for current tracking and Customer Care for order-specific assistance.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

  1. Verify the delivery address.
  2. Check porches, garages and other safe locations.
  3. Ask household members or neighbours.
  4. Review the carrier’s delivery photograph or note.
  5. Check reception desks, mailrooms and parcel lockers.
  6. Contact the carrier.
  7. Contact Blain’s Customer Care with the order and tracking information.

Do not publish the full delivery address or tracking number in a public complaint.

Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Products

Blain’s requires damaged and incorrectly shipped online products to be reported and returned within seven days after delivery.

Photograph:

  • The shipping box
  • The packaging material
  • The damaged product
  • The incorrect product received
  • The product label or model number
  • The packing slip

Call 1-800-210-2370 for return instructions. Blain’s states that shipping costs are reimbursed when a product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Drive Thru Pickup

Blain’s offers free Drive Thru Pickup for qualifying online orders.

Many orders are advertised as ready within approximately one hour, but customers should wait for the pickup confirmation before travelling to the store.

Current pickup rules include:

  • The selected pickup store cannot be changed after the order is placed.
  • A different authorised person may collect the order by identifying the customer.
  • The order is generally held for up to three days.
  • An order not collected may be cancelled.
  • The payment is authorised during checkout and completed when the order is collected.
  • Pickup is offered without an additional pickup fee.

Contact the selected store for a late, incomplete or incorrect pickup order.

Shop on the Spot

Participating Drive Thru locations offer Shop on the Spot for selected products without an advance online order.

Available categories may include animal feed, pet food, fencing, fuel pellets, water-softener salt and selected lawn, garden and home-improvement supplies.

Product participation and availability vary by store.

Same-Day Local Delivery

Blain’s advertises local same-day delivery for qualifying products ordered from participating stores before the displayed cutoff time. Orders placed later may be delivered the following day.

Availability, delivery area, fees, minimum purchase and excluded products depend on the store and delivery address.

For a missing, delayed or damaged local-delivery order, contact the fulfilling store and Customer Care. Save delivery messages, photographs and proof of purchase.

Blain’s Return Policy

Most eligible merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 90 days, subject to product condition, proof of purchase and exclusions.

Customers can return eligible merchandise:

  • To the Customer Service Desk at a Blain’s store; or
  • By mail when the product was purchased online and can legally and safely be shipped.

Products using flammable liquids or gas cannot be returned through ordinary mail. Contact Customer Care for instructions.

Returns Without a Receipt

Blain’s may attempt to locate the transaction through its records or Rewards account.

If the receipt cannot be located and the return is approved:

  • The refund is generally issued on a Blain’s gift card.
  • The refund may reflect the lowest recorded sale price.
  • Identification or manager approval may be required.
  • Additional restrictions may apply.

A no-receipt return is not guaranteed.

Return Exceptions and Manager Review

Selected merchandise and services require manager review or have special return restrictions, including:

  • Gas-powered equipment
  • Air compressors
  • Non-warranty repairs
  • Service labour charges
  • Government-issued licences
  • Gift cards returned without a receipt
  • Trading cards
  • Regulated merchandise

Ask the store or Customer Care about eligibility before transporting large, fuel-powered, hazardous or restricted products.

Refund Timing and Payment Method

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

The bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit after Blain’s processes it.

Keep:

  • The original receipt
  • The store return receipt
  • The mail-return tracking number
  • The delivery confirmation
  • The refund email
  • The payment statement

When an approved no-receipt return is issued as a gift card, the card is generally not redeemable for cash.

Blain’s Best Price Promise

Blain’s offers an in-store price match on qualifying identical products when a competitor has a lower verifiable price.

Important requirements include:

  • The competitor’s product must be identical.
  • The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable.
  • The item must be in stock at the competitor.
  • The product must be in stock at the Blain’s store processing the request.
  • Shipping charges may be considered when matching an online competitor.
  • The request generally must be made within 30 days after purchase.

Exclusions include selected rebates, bundles, used or refurbished products, subscription pricing, loyalty-only offers, financing promotions, open-box products, marketplace sellers, clearance merchandise, liquidation sales and pricing errors.

The price match covers the product price and not installation, repair, assembly or delivery charges.

Blain’s Rewards

Blain’s Rewards is a free loyalty programme for eligible United States residents age 18 or older.

Current programme benefits include:

  • At least one point for each qualifying dollar spent
  • A $25 eGift card after earning 2,500 points
  • Member-only prices and offers
  • Access to selected member events
  • Account and purchase-history tools
  • Selected delivery benefits and promotions

Customers must identify their Rewards account at checkout or sign in before completing an online purchase.

Rewards Points and Exclusions

Points are not generally earned on taxes, gift cards, licences, shipping and selected services.

When merchandise is returned, points earned from the purchase are deducted from the account.

Customers disputing points must contact Rewards Customer Service within 90 days after the original transaction:

Keep the receipt, order number, purchase date and account information.

Rewards Account Expiration and Closure

Blain’s may deactivate Rewards accounts that have not earned points from a qualifying purchase for at least 24 months.

Points may be forfeited when an account is closed, cancelled for inaccurate information, terminated for misuse or deactivated under the programme terms.

Members can request account termination through Rewards Customer Service, but unused points are forfeited.

Blain’s Rewards Mastercard

The Blain’s Farm & Fleet Rewards Mastercard is issued by First National Bank of Omaha.

Cardholders may earn additional Rewards points on qualifying purchases, subject to current credit-card and Rewards terms.

Contact FNBO through the card-management website for:

  • Applications and credit decisions
  • Statements
  • Payments
  • Interest and fees
  • Credit limits
  • Lost or stolen cards
  • Unauthorised transactions
  • Credit reporting

Contact Blain’s Rewards when the problem involves points that should have been awarded after a qualifying card purchase.

Blain’s Gift Cards

Blain’s sells physical gift cards and eGift cards that can be used online and at participating stores.

Gift-card amounts currently range from $5 to $500 when purchased through the online gift-card page.

For a physical-card balance, call the number printed on the back of the card. For help with an eGift card, call 1-888-566-4873.

Blain’s states that lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Keep the original purchase receipt and record the card number securely.

Never publish a complete gift-card number or redemption code.

Automotive Service Centers

Blain’s operates an Automotive Service Center at each of its stores.

Services can include:

  • Oil changes
  • Tire installation and rotation
  • Brake inspections and selected repairs
  • Suspension inspections
  • Wheel alignments
  • Electrical and charging-system tests
  • Battery testing and installation
  • Installation of selected products sold by Blain’s

Services, prices, appointment availability and vehicle eligibility vary by location. Use the store finder or online automotive scheduler.

Automotive Service Complaints

Inspect the vehicle and invoice before leaving.

Document:

  • The requested service
  • The written estimate
  • Any authorised additional work
  • The parts installed
  • The mileage
  • Warning lights or symptoms before and after service
  • Photographs of any claimed damage

Report concerns promptly to the Automotive Service Center manager. If unresolved, contact the store manager and Blain’s Customer Care.

Do not authorise additional repairs without asking for the price, parts, labour, warranty and estimated completion time.

Tire and Battery Warranty Complaints

Tire and battery warranty coverage depends on the brand, model, date of purchase, mileage, maintenance and written warranty supplied with the product.

Keep:

  • The original sales receipt
  • The installation invoice
  • The vehicle information
  • Tire-rotation and maintenance records
  • The battery model and serial information
  • Inspection or testing results

Selected Blain’s automotive batteries include separate warranty and roadside-assistance terms administered by outside providers. Follow the paperwork supplied with the battery rather than assuming every battery has identical coverage.

Small-Engine Repair

Blain’s services many types of small-engine equipment that it sells, including lawn mowers, snow blowers and other outdoor power equipment.

Before leaving equipment for repair, request:

  • A written work order
  • The diagnostic or inspection charge
  • An estimate-approval threshold
  • The expected completion period
  • The warranty on parts and labour
  • Storage or abandoned-equipment terms

Remove personal accessories and document the equipment’s condition, model and serial number.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Blain’s are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty rather than a Blain Supply warranty.

The manufacturer may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product registration
  • A serial number
  • Troubleshooting
  • Inspection by an authorised service centre
  • Shipping to a repair facility

Contact Blain’s when the concern involves the original sale or return. Contact the manufacturer when the written warranty assigns repair or replacement decisions to the manufacturer.

Blain’s BEST Extended Service Programme

Blain’s BEST is an optional protection programme that can extend beyond a manufacturer’s limited warranty for eligible products.

Depending on the purchased plan, coverage may include:

  • Parts and labour
  • Mechanical and electrical failure
  • Selected normal wear and tear
  • Power-surge protection
  • A no-lemon provision
  • Transferable coverage
  • Repair, replacement or gift-card reimbursement

Call 1-800-460-8749 with the receipt and plan brochure available.

The actual service contract controls coverage, exclusions, claim deadlines and remedies.

Product Recalls

Blain’s publishes current manufacturer recall notices on its Product Recalls page.

When a recall applies:

  1. Stop using or consuming the product.
  2. Check the exact product, model, UPC, batch and date code.
  3. Follow the recall’s return, repair or disposal instructions.
  4. Keep the product away from children and animals when appropriate.
  5. Contact the manufacturer or Blain’s with questions.

Do not sell, donate or continue using a recalled product.

Safety Data Sheets

Customers and businesses needing chemical safety information can request or review Safety Data Sheets through Blain’s official customer-care resources.

Use the product name, manufacturer, UPC and Blain item number when requesting an SDS.

For an immediate poisoning or chemical-exposure emergency, contact emergency services or the appropriate poison-control resource rather than relying on an ordinary website inquiry.

Pet and Animal Products

Blain’s sells pet food, livestock feed, veterinary supplies and other animal-care products. Some prescription or pharmacy services may be provided through outside partners.

Contact the local store for product availability and Customer Care for online-order problems.

  • Stop using the affected product.
  • Preserve the package and lot code.
  • Keep the receipt.
  • Contact a veterinarian when the animal is ill.
  • Review current recall information.

Coupons, manufacturer rebates and promotional gift-card offers can have different requirements and redemption procedures.

Before purchasing, review:

  • The promotional dates
  • The qualifying product and model
  • The minimum purchase
  • Whether the offer is online, in-store or both
  • Whether a coupon can be combined
  • The rebate submission deadline
  • The documents required

Keep a copy of every rebate form, UPC, receipt and submission confirmation.

  • A request for remote access to a computer or telephone
  • A request for an account password or verification code
  • A job offer requiring an upfront payment

Blaine's Portage MI Disappointing Experience

April 22, 2025

Blaine’s of Portage, Michigan is a joke! I ordered and paid for 10 Rhode Island Red chicks on March 2nd with the understanding the chicks would be ready to pick up around April 25th. On April 21st I received an email with a $25 coupon that I could use if I spent $25 at the store and an apology that they could not process my order. No explanation on why or if the money put on my credit card would be returned. I called the 800 number on my original email when I ordered and Amanda told me she would have to call the store and that she knew the hatchery was having some issues and someone would call me back. Two hours later, no one called me back, I called the 800 number again and again was told the hatchery was having some problems and I would not find out until Friday if I would be getting chickens or not. This kind of customer service is unacceptable to me and I will Never shop at Blaine’s again. I ordered chicks six weeks in advance and am now being told I won’t get them. I’ve already bought the chicken coop, the starter kit, pine shavings and feed. I kept my end of the deal and now I’m being told I have all this stuff and no chicks. I’m telling everyone about this and encouraging them not to shop at Blaine’s, very very unhappy customer.

On the bottom of the coupon it says, ” Photocopies will not be accepted.” Is This a Joke ?
