Caliber Collision Frustrating Customer Service

December 12, 2024

Caliber Collision, Terrible service. I pen this letter with both deep dismay and an increasing sense of righteous indignation at your company’s egregious failure in discharging even the most basic standards of professional service. Your abysmal handling of the repairs for my vehicle, leaving it in a state of protracted disrepair for over 106 frustratingly long days, has been nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence, disdain for customer satisfaction, and stark unprofessional neglect. Since I entrusted my vehicle into your care as far back as September 2nd, I’ve been ensnared in a doddering slow waltz of misdirection, apathy, and blatant disregard for customer service that I find shocking to the core. On three distinct occasions, your company has displayed a shocking level of dishonesty by falsely claiming that repairs on my vehicle were complete and it was ready for pickup – each instance proved to be an ill-conceived falsehood on actually reaching your premises to collect the car. This shameful charade of retail malpractice distressingly elongated to a span of 30 days since your Regional Manager, whose intervention I had anticipated would bring some respite from this debacle, disappointingly only managed to mirror the same hollow promises and debilitating inaction that has become the hallmark of your organization. This ordeal has burdened me with colossal financial repercussions that have completely disrupted my life. In addition to losing my job due to the absence of a loaner vehicle, I have been obligated to bear the cost of a $1000 deductible, continuous car note payments, and full-coverage insurance, all while I am forcibly kept away from every hint of a civilization, trapped in my isolated residence due to your apathy. Adding insult to injury, I have been thrust into the role of a sole caregiver for my bedridden 93-year-old grandmother since my depleting finances, worsened by your company’s ineptitude, deprives her of intensive hospice care. In an audacious and reprehensible code to your company’s litany of transgressions, your employee, Mauricio Escalon, lodged a false police report alleging that I threatened and physically assaulted him – accusations which are patently false and devoid of any tangible evidence. These baseless accusations reflect the farcical length to which your company will stoop in its contemptuous treatment of its clients.

Given the glaring failures to repair my vehicle and put an end to this ordeal, I am demanding an immediate declaration of my vehicle as a total loss. I hereby serve you with a non-negotiable ultimatum: within 48-hours of receipt of this letter, I expect full reimbursement of the $1000 deductible, a full refund of the accrued car note payments and insurance premiums and, given the depth of the inconvenience caused by your company’s unethical maneuvers, a deserved compensation for the distress and financial hardship endured. Should these demands not be met within the specified duration, I assure you that I will waste no time in seeking legal redress for this appalling maltreatment. You leave me with no alternative but to pursue this course, given that your organization chose to abdicate its responsibilities and stretch the limits of customer hostilities. Your immediate attention and assertion are not just anticipated; they are required. Yours sincerely.

Caliber Collision Delray Beach FL Disappointing

November 24, 2024

Caliber Collision, Delray Beach Florida Office Offers Poor Service. I dropped my car off at this location on October 31st. It has been 3 1/2 weeks, with the suggested completion date of Friday, Nov 22nd at 5:30 pm. I was told the only items pending were an alignment and an applique. When I arrived for pick up at 5:15 pm, conveniently close to closing time, I was told I could not have my car. When I asked why, they gave no specific information and said the car would be ready “sometime” next week. When I went to the garage, I found my car’s front and rear bumpers disassembled, a missing passenger front door, a doughnut tire on the rear passenger side, my front grill removed, and the inside of the cargo area was disheveled. They burned 1/4 tank of gas by leaving my car idlly running earlier this week. I was told they were running diagnostics when I called to ask if someone was driving my vehicle. The original repair was the passenger front and rear doors; what diagnostics are there? I have pictures showing what the car damage was before bringing the car to this location and multiple pictures showing the current state of my vehicle. I fear this location is stringing the insurance company and myself along by saying the car was driveable as of Nov 22nd, which is not the case. The office manager has been rude and abrupt with me over the past few days because I asked too many questions and told them I wanted my car back! It is time for Caliber to come clean, be more honest, and show some integrity.

Caliber Collision Poor Customer Service and Delays

October 22, 2024

Caliber Collision has been working on my vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks with no end in site. I have an external fuel intake that damaged my vehicle further when they removed it. I was told this happened because I left 25 gallons in the tank when I dropped it off. This is untrue and Is an insult to me. Caliber Collision also damaged my bedliner when removing the pickup bed. This caused significant delays towards completion. I am totally unsatisfied with this business.
