Chobani Corporate Office Headquarters: Address, Phone Number, Consumer Care and Complaints

🗨  Comments

Chobani’s global business headquarters is located at Chobani House, 360 Bowery, New York, NY 10012. Chobani also maintains major corporate, legal, and manufacturing operations in Central New York, including an official legal-contact address at 669 County Road 25, New Berlin, NY 13411. For questions about yogurt, oatmilk, coffee creamer, packaging, product quality, ingredients, coupons, or another consumer concern, call Chobani Consumer Care at 1-877-847-6181, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, or submit the official online contact form.

Chobani is a privately held food and beverage company founded in 2005 by Hamdi Ulukaya, who remains its founder and Chief Executive Officer. The company is best known for Greek yogurt but also produces oatmilk, dairy creamers, yogurt drinks, and other food products. Its broader company portfolio includes La Colombe and Daily Harvest.

Chobani Corporate Office and Contact Information

Chobani does not prominently publish a separate general switchboard for every type of corporate inquiry. The consumer-care number is the correct starting point for product questions and complaints, but it should not be described as a direct line to Chobani executives, Human Resources, the legal department, a manufacturing plant, or Chobani House.

Where Is Chobani’s Headquarters?

Chobani announced Chobani House at 360 Bowery in New York City’s NoHo neighborhood as its global business headquarters. The building was designed to bring together business operations, product innovation, community programs, and Chobani’s social-impact work.

Chobani also continues to have an important presence in Central New York. Its legal notices identify 669 County Road 25 in New Berlin, New York, and the company operates manufacturing facilities in New York and Twin Falls, Idaho.

The previous COH page listed 147 State Highway 320 in Norwich as Chobani’s corporate headquarters. That address should not be presented as the company’s only or primary current global headquarters. Consumers should also avoid mailing perishable products to a corporate address unless Chobani Consumer Care provides specific shipping instructions.

Chobani Ownership and Leadership

Chobani was founded in 2005 by Hamdi Ulukaya after he purchased a former yogurt plant in Central New York. The first Chobani Greek yogurt products reached stores in 2007.

Chobani remains a privately held company. In 2026, the company announced that it had confidentially submitted a draft registration statement for a possible initial public offering. A confidential submission is an early regulatory step and does not mean that Chobani shares are currently available on a public stock exchange.

  • Founder and Chief Executive Officer: Hamdi Ulukaya
  • Company Type: Privately held food and beverage company
  • Major Company Brands and Businesses: Chobani, La Colombe, and Daily Harvest

Chobani acquired coffee company La Colombe in 2023 and Daily Harvest in 2025. Consumers with a La Colombe or Daily Harvest issue should use that brand’s own customer-support channel rather than assuming Chobani Consumer Care manages every brand complaint.

Chobani Corporate Office vs. Consumer Care

The corporate office manages company leadership, business strategy, legal affairs, brand operations, communications, employment, community programs, and other companywide matters.

Chobani Consumer Care handles individual product questions and concerns, including:

  • Product taste, texture, or appearance
  • Damaged, leaking, swollen, or improperly sealed packaging
  • Missing ingredients or mix-ins
  • Expiration-date and package-code questions
  • Ingredient, nutrition, allergen, or dietary questions
  • Coupons and promotions
  • Product suggestions and flavor requests
  • Store-availability questions
  • General feedback about a Chobani product

Refunds for a grocery-store purchase may initially be controlled by the retailer’s return policy. Chobani Consumer Care can document a manufacturing or quality concern, but it may ask for the package code, receipt, photographs, store information, and other product details before deciding what assistance is appropriate.

How to File a Chobani Product Complaint

The fastest way to report a Chobani product issue is to call 1-877-847-6181 during published hours or use the Chobani Consumer Care form.

Before throwing away the package, record or photograph:

  • The complete product name and flavor
  • The package size
  • The expiration or best-by date
  • The manufacturing or package code
  • The UPC or barcode when available
  • The store name and location
  • The purchase date
  • The condition of the package when opened
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • The receipt, when available

The online form specifically asks for the product, flavor, size, package code, store, store address, and a description of the concern. Supplying those details can help Chobani identify the production batch and investigate whether the issue affected one package or a broader group of products.

Do not mail an opened or spoiled refrigerated product unless Chobani gives written instructions. Keep it sealed and refrigerated away from other food while waiting for guidance, unless there is a safety reason to dispose of it immediately.

Packaging, Spoilage, and Product-Quality Complaints

Product complaints may involve a broken seal, damaged lid, leaking cup, swollen container, unusual odor, separation, mold, foreign material, missing mix-ins, incorrect texture, or a product that appears spoiled before its printed date.

Do not taste a product that appears spoiled, contaminated, damaged, or improperly sealed. Photograph the package, preserve the code information, and contact Chobani Consumer Care.

If the package was damaged at the store, during grocery delivery, or after purchase, the retailer or delivery provider may also be responsible for the refund or replacement. Contact both parties when it is unclear whether the problem happened during manufacturing, shipping, stocking, or delivery.

Nutrition, Sugar, Ingredient, and Allergen Questions

Chobani produces numerous product lines with different ingredients, protein levels, sweeteners, milk content, and allergen information. Consumers should check the label on the specific package rather than relying on information for a different flavor or product size.

For an ingredient, sugar, protein, lactose, probiotic, dietary, or allergen question, provide Consumer Care with the exact product name and package code. Product formulas and package labels can change.

A consumer with a diagnosed food allergy or medical condition should consult an appropriate healthcare professional about personal dietary decisions. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot determine whether a food is appropriate for a particular medical condition.

Food-Safety Concerns and Possible Illness

Stop consuming a Chobani product if it appears contaminated or if eating it may have caused an adverse reaction. Preserve the package, product code, receipt, photographs, and any relevant medical documentation.

Report the concern promptly to Chobani Consumer Care. Consumers may also report food-safety concerns to the retailer, their local health department, or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Current recall information should be verified through the FDA Recalls, Market Withdrawals and Safety Alerts page. Do not rely solely on an old social-media post or undated article when determining whether a specific package is affected.

Seek medical assistance for significant symptoms or a suspected allergic reaction. Call emergency services for difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe swelling, or another immediate emergency.

Chobani Refunds, Coupons, and Retailer Complaints

Chobani products are sold through supermarkets, warehouse clubs, convenience stores, delivery platforms, and other retailers. The store generally controls its own checkout, pricing, digital coupon, substitution, delivery, and return policies.

Contact the retailer when the complaint involves:

  • An incorrect shelf or checkout price
  • A store coupon that did not apply
  • A missing grocery-delivery item
  • An unauthorized substitution
  • Products left unrefrigerated during delivery
  • A refund promised by the store

Contact Chobani when the concern appears connected to the product, packaging, labeling, manufacturing, or a Chobani-issued promotion. For a disputed promotion, retain the offer terms, receipt, product UPC, screenshots, and expiration date.

Chobani Careers and Human Resources

Job seekers should use the official Chobani careers site. The site includes opportunities connected to Chobani, La Colombe, and Daily Harvest.

Applicants who need general career assistance may email ca*****@*****ni.com. Applicants requesting an accommodation during the application or hiring process may contact Human Resources at 607-337-1246.

The applicant-accommodation number should not be described as a universal public HR, payroll, benefits, employee-relations, or employment-verification number. Current employees should use their authorized manager, People Team, payroll, or internal HR channel.

Be cautious of fake Chobani job offers. Verify openings through the official careers site and do not send money, gift cards, bank credentials, or equipment payments to an unsolicited recruiter.

Chobani Privacy and Accessibility Contacts

Privacy questions may be sent to pr*****@*****ni.com. Chobani’s privacy policy also lists 212-364-6490 for privacy-policy questions and identifies its Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at 669 County Road 25, New Berlin, NY 13411.

Website accessibility concerns may be sent to ca**@*****ni.com or reported by calling 1-877-847-6181. Include the affected web page, device or assistive technology used, and a description of the accessibility barrier.

Do not publish private account information, identification documents, medical records, employment files, telephone numbers, home addresses, or complete product-compensation codes in a public review.

Chobani Reviews and Complaints

Visible CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com comments have included a request for lemon and orange yogurt flavors, concern about sugar content in a seasonal oat beverage, a complaint about Chobani Flip packaging, and criticism of a political endorsement associated with the company’s founder.

These comments represent individual reader opinions. They do not establish an overall Chobani rating or prove a companywide product, packaging, health, or customer-service pattern.

Helpful Chobani reviews should identify the specific product, flavor, package size, approximate purchase date, store, package-code availability, contact route used, and whether Consumer Care or the retailer resolved the issue.

May 13, 2025

Chobani, Not Vanilla as label says! I bought a large carton of Greek yogurt, vanilla on the label, but it’s plain Jane. Not a drop of vanilla in it, not even a hint. Makes me mad because this yogurt is expensive even at Walmart.

Chobani Sugar Content Issue

Chobani Oat Nog, flavored has 9 grams of cane sugar (18% sugar) in 1/2 cup milk.) The aforementioned proportion of sugar in 1/2 cup oatmeal milk is a recipe for Diabetes. In the U.S. companies are in a race to afford ill-health by the enormous And Unhealthy amounts of: sugar, salt and preservatives. Chobani Endorsement Issue

September 7, 2024

Chobani, endorsement. There are many yogurt brands available. I decided to stop buying Chobani products. I despise companies that are political. Chobani CEO and founder Hamdi Ulukaya has decided to endorse Kamala Harris for President. What does this say to his customers who favor Trump? It says that he does not care. Well, I say, I do care, and you just lost a customer. With an endorsement of Harris, donations go with it, and I will not participate in that with my consumer money. Public companies should be politically neutral. Goodbye Chobani!
