Edible Arrangements, No Delivery. Ordered a fruit basket from Edible Arrangement 3222 Silas Creek Parkway Winston Salem NC 27103 to be delivered to Care Center Wake Forest Baptiste. Fruit basket was not delivered to recipient and for 3 days I was assured it would be rescheduled., Finally, I was told the hospital had to receive permission from me before accepting an order. I called the hospital, and this was not a policy. I asked for a refund, and I was refused. No one would accept responsibility. This is a dishonest way to run a business. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. The seller would not even respond.

Edible Arrangements, Did not match decription. I ordered the Autumn tray as a gift for my sis in law after CA treatments. The pineapple leaves gave it the autumn look, none of those were placed on the tray. As well, the grapes were turning brown and the tray was a cheap plastic tray vs the wooden one shown in the pic. The whole thing looked very thrown together and not like the $100 gift that we purchased. Super disappointing.

Edible Arrangements, The Edible Arrangement that I ordered on 10/02/2024 to be delivered on 10/08/2024 for my mothers birthday was never delivered. It may be fifty years before I ordered anything from Edible Arrangements again! I ordered an arrangement on 10/2/24 to be delivered for my mothers birthday, on 10/8/24, and it never got delivered. All day on 10/8/24 was a message on my tracking , that said my order was being arranged but it never got delivered. I sent a message in the chat and they never responded. I spoke with a manager on 10/9 from the Farmington Hills Michigan, 48336 store where I purchased the order online kept telling me that they had to send out their “store location” orders first and that they had orders from another store that closed, which does not have anything to do with why I didn’t received any information through text, phone, or email, that my order was not going to be delivered on 10/8/24! This was very unprofessional behavior. If they could not provide a service for what I paid for, they should have told me this before they accepted my payment for this arrangement for this day, the day before. Therefore, I’m very disappointed with the services of edible arrangements, because I’ve ordered other arrangements this year, and the day that I needed the arrangement to come through the most, they did not deliver.

Edible Arrangements, So frustrated with my order and lack of communication! Ordered fruit and cupcakes for daughter-in-laws 40th birthday. We waited a good bit of the day – watching the “tracking” info they had online. At first it kept saying “3 people ahead of our delivery” – watched and waited for over an hour. Then, it changed to “7 people” ahead of us. I tried calling and emailing to see what was going on but of course no answer. Finally the fruit only was delivered. The next day I tried calling again and finally someone answered only to tell me that I “should have” received an email stating that the cupcakes are out of stock and have been for a very long time, but to not worry because I would get a refund for them. This made me so angry as the cupcakes were a BIG part of the birthday surprise – so son, daughter-in-law and 2 little ones had no cupcakes to celebrate her birthday! I would have went a different route had I known the cupcakes were not in stock. The website didn’t say this, nor did I ever receive an email.

Edible Arrangements, refund. Good day! I ordered online and paid via Venmo. I did not receive any confirmation that my order was received yet my they took the amount from my Venmo. Tried calling Edible Arrangements but nobody knows what to do.
