Just Flowers Corporate Office Headquarters

  1. DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS HORRIBLE SERVICE. BELOW IS THE LETTER I WROTE AND THE RESPONSE WAS POOR AT BET.

    I want to express the disappointment with the level of service and commitment in regard to the order I placed with Just Flowers on Sept 28th for delivery on Oct 1st (9475231) for a birthday occasion. I called Just Flowers today (Oct 1st) around 2pm to confirm delivery since the order was delivered yet. The customer service rep placed me on hold for several minutes and then told me the order would be delivered today, Oct 1st between 9-6pm. A couple of hours later I received an email from Just Flowers telling me the order will NOT be delivered today, Oct 1st I was livid, which is putting it mildly. I immediately called Just Flowers and was told that they could not get a local florist to fulfill the order. This leaves many unanswered questions from a customer perspective, (1) why didn’t the first customer service rep know this information (2) why was I told at the end of the day that the order was not going to be delivered on time? (3) why didn’t Just Flowers reach out to me earlier in the day or yesterday – Sept 30th – saying they are having a difficult time in locating a local florist which would have provided me with alternative options to look into so that flowers could have been delivered on the day of the birthday celebration.

    I felt no remorse from Just Flowers. I did eventually speak with a manager, Emily, who said she could have the order delivered tomorrow. I replied if you are having an issue getting a local florist to fulfill the order how can you say you can deliver tomorrow? I asked for a guarantee delivery, and she was unable to commit to a delivery for tomorrow. I then said what is the point of saying you can, if you can’t.

    I understand that there are delays and things occur that are some times out of our control, but there is a level of communication that should have be upheld from Just Flowers. Just Flowers accepted my order, immediately charged by credit card without a hitch, and then Just Flowers fell short with their customer service responsibilities/obligations to the end customer “me” about the order issues.

    I will never use Just Flowers in the future, and as I have communicated to Emily, I will be posting poor reviews on social media sites in regard to the experience and level of service and communication from Just Flowers that I have encountered.

     
  2. I ordered flowers on Sat Jan 16th and was promised shipping the same day. Flowers never arrived and I was told they could not deliver the next day and would deliver that Monday. Low and behold my friend still revived no flowers. I called and they offered me $15 back which is only shipping. They delivered that Tuesday at 5:30 PM and they promised by noon with a letter of apology. No letter and the note was printed on a piece of printer paper. When they showed up my friend sent me a picture and it looked nothing like what I ordered. I am trying to get at least a half credit and all they want to do is offer me money on my next order. I have called 6 times in 4 days and they are all so rude and not caring. I will see if corp will help.
