  • They've gotten too big for themselves period. I use to work holiday seasons for them so every season they invite me back and finally this year I decided to take them up on the offer to earn some extra cash for a vacation next year. The POS in HR acted like she was God and I tried to explain my availability and she tells me "so your not willing to be flexible?" I finally told I guess this isn't going to work out good day. Well 20 min later I get this call from her as she went back to the scheduling department and claims she "circled back" She must have pulled her head out of behind and saw I was willing to work the hard to populate shifts on the weekend. I told her I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me and I thought it would be best to skip this season since my availability didn't fit the company needs. Remember, the company emailed me and invited me back to work during the holiday season. Really bad attitude for someone looking for seasonal employees who are familiar with the company and are reliable.

     
  • I ordered a fall centerpiece over 36 hours ago, paid 18.00 extra to have it delivered by noon to my elderly aunt. They sent it ground on FedEx which costs approximately 7$. So I paid extra to have the flowers on time and they added 150% of the cost to deliver – and it is still not delivered. I contacted customer service only to find out that the company farms out their orders out of the country!!! I will never use FTD again and I am telling all friends, family and business colleagues to do the same. What a rip off.

     
  • I ordered flowers on the morning of 9-23-15 around 8:45 am to be delivered the same day to my best friend for her 40th birthday before 5:00 pm to her job, but the flowers never arrived so I called FTD they tried to call the florist but was unable to reach them and they told me the flowers would be delivered by 12 pm today to my best friend job and the flowers would be a upgraded at no cost to me and if not delivered by noon today they would cancel the order and sent the order to a different florist and that don't happen to today so I called customer service again to find out the florist they picked can't make the delivered and offer to have the flowers sent by FedEx but the flowers would not arrive until next Tuesday which is not right and the staff at FTD don't care I was upset with the services I end up having to cancel my order because Tuesday is too long to wait for flower deliver that was supposed to happen yesterday and today and they should tried to have another florist to deliver the flowers by today but they don't and offer me a groupon for $15.00 that is not what I wanted I wanted the flowers to arrive to my friend or some one could have offer to refund my money but still send the flowers free of charge to my best friend job by today but these things don't happen I'm going to tell everyone I know about the bad customer service I received from your company.
