ordered flowers for mothers day most important day for my mother in law to receive flowers and the flowers did not get delivered i called only to be told that they would be delivered 2 days later then they still didn't show up …called in again and now its 2 weeks later and the flowers still have not been delivered what a crappy way for your company to treat my 80 year old mother in law. i am so completely disappointed in your company. i will never buy from your company again and i will write the worst reviews i can on your company and i will write them every time i think about it hope it cost you thousands

called cust.service said they would send what i ordered on the 7th never got them called cust .service back they said they would be delivered between
10;00 &11;00 on the 8th never got them . very disappointed with 1-800-flowers will never buy from them again.They offered $20.OO REFUND

2 days ago, I ordered a Sympathy floral Fruit Bouquet for a (96 Year Old widow so she did not have to cut up fruit for her husband's funeral today 11/24/20. I had a savings pass for $40, and it was denied, I am also a passport member–I am always charged for shipping and they say they will refund me.
BUT TODAY took the CAKE!!
I look at my charges, NOT ONLY was I charged full price, but I was charged on one credit card listed with them, for the same price they charged my second credit card listed with them, and the charges were charged to 1-800 Flowers and Sherrie's Berries___ WHAT IS GONG ON!!! are we ordering from Peter???? and paying BOTH Peter and Paul???
This is ludicrous!!!!! I have spent 6 hours on the phone in the last 3 days, with The Executive People and they hang up on me just as the Overseas, chat, and other numbers I call!!! Not to mention that since 2017 my free shipping was NEVER added to my account and then said I never paid for it! HELP!!!!
I AM DONE!!! Even the executive group covers for each others and NOONE from there calls back either!
The CEO's commercial on TV makes me want to PUKE! He is worthless and a pathetic excuse for an owner of a company!! Then when I ask for the supervisor or today the CEO, or for the supervisor of the executives, they tell me to look on line!!
Unbelievable! As a business owner—if I treated ONE customer the way they treat me and others that have written on this site—I would be out of business! So I don't even know if my gift for the Funeral TODAY was even delivered to the 96 year old Widow and family! JUST Disgusting and inexcusable!!!!

I placed a flower order on 12/14/18 for delivery on 12/21/18. I called at 6pm when the flowers were not delivered and was assured they would be delivered by 8pm. I called again at 8:20pm when the flowers still were not delivered. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after a long hold I was put thru to someone who sounded the same as the person who answered the phone. This person offered to give me a $20 credit for another purchase, then put me on hold, and hung up on me. I called back a third time. This time speaking to a woman who stated that I could not speak with a supervisor and she would help me. A new order was placed for tomorrow. I am highly disappointed in the lack of ability to process and deliver an order in a weeks time. I am also offended that of the 3 times I have had to call (so far), I did not once speak with anyone in the U.S. I can tell you I will most likely NEVER use your service again and I will make it known to all of my friends and family how displeased I am with the inability to deliver as scheduled as well as your offering of jobs to people outside of the U.S. I will be contacting your corporate headquarters to file a formal complaint.
How can this be? If you go on Face Book you will find countless other stories depicting the same disrespectful so-called customer service. It is shocking and outrageous when you think of the salaries their corporate people are making. There are no words, none. However, grossly negligent and fraudulent come to mind among others. I would seriously urge people with complaints to take them to the Better Business Bureau in Carle Place, New York where their corporate headquarters are. Shockingly, they have an A+ rating!
I ordered Flowers for Mother's Day. Being thoughtfut to the high peak I wanted to have them delivered on Saturday 5/7. Saturday came and no flowers. No email. No Call. I called on Saturday and they told me the florist said they could not honor the order for that day. Upset already because there was no communication of this, the rep. called the florist and said that I would have a delivery on Mother's Day now. Sunday came and still no flowers. No Email. No call. Call customer service on Sunday. No Answers to why I didn't get the flowers. The rep said she would call me back. No one called and No email. So now it's Monday 5/9. No Flowers still. Called customer service and still no answers as to why I have no flowers and no call or email. They offered a $20 coupon for next use. I declined because ihave now spent 3 days trying to get the flowers that I order and they debited my account for. Very disappointed and I have used 1800-flowers a number of times. At the minimum I said keep my money and send flowers to my wife for the next 3 months to make this right. They declined that offer , so now i will decline them moving forward. Goodbye
Ordered two weeks Head of Mothers Day for a Friday before delivery. Mom sent me a picture. It we supposed to be the sugar and spice bouquet. Peach, fuchsia and purple were supposed to be the colors. Only the roses were right. The florist substituted everything else. Pale yellow carnations, cheap and ugly, white small flowers for what should be deep purple, red flowers, and something lilac. Horrible color and flower group. They could not even tie a proper bow. Looked like a shoe lace. My Mom was a good sport and kept telling me how nice the roses were. I am incredibly disappointed in this company. The area where these flowers were sent to was the Coral Springs-Margate Florida border. The flowers were not dead, they just looked like something a three year old may put together.
I the worst company ever.. I place an order on 5/5 for my sister and on 5/6 I get a call at 12 noon from some guy names Ian to tell me that they had cancelled my order..what?? You take my money and now it have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back seriously I ask to speak to a manager and then he tells me oh wait all of the managers are on the phone what kind of crap is this ..and you want us to use your company are you fricken kidding me. Worst service ever,,
Pointless to say anymore, everyone who posted before me said it all! THe CEO of this company doesn't look at these comments; if he did he would be appalled. The only way I got around the overly gratuitous operator in Manila was to call the local 516 number. I spoke with Scott and he was most helpful!
