Brownwood office

I have been with this company since 2017 it took me 3 months to get anyone. She had to retire. Then got one that played on her phone. when asked to do something it was like? I fired her!! Then I got another one she was with me for 3 years. Had to move I lost her. Then was in the FtWorth area called the FtArea before I left the Brownwood area took 4 months to get a PCA worked 4 weeks got injured at home. Never got another one. Moved back to the Brownwood area in July of 2023 and finally got a great PCA. Called to get a fill-in. They still have me as a Ft. area. to make this short I called Monday morning to see if I could get a fill-in. So today I called and asked for a supervisor seems like the lady who answered the phone does not take messages and wants them to go to voicemail. I want to make sure my needs are met. this is the worst company I have ever been involved with!!! I gave it a 1 because won’t let me send it if I don’t. Look at the reviews people

Services suck in the office they are rude, and they call us to fix their billing issues. They do not stay on top of their job. I came home with cancer it took them 1 year to find me someone never called to check on me or even see if I needed a special.

Having problems getting my paycheck on time. In the month of June I have only been paid one time. This a recurring problem, I have called my office in Brownwood TX, and was told sorry but you need to manage your money because it might be early or late. If this problem is not resolved in a timely manner, I will report to the Texas labor board.
