These numbers may help with:

  • Hotel reservations
  • Existing reservation questions
  • General hotel information
  • Connecting with guest services

  • Accessibility questions
  • Directions and transportation

Guests seeking the front desk should call the property and ask to be connected. Direct internal extensions can change and may not be published for outside callers.

How to Contact a Different Harrah’s Casino

Harrah’s operates as a brand across numerous casino and resort properties. Each property has its own address, phone number, management team, guest-services department, casino staff, reservation system, and complaint process.

Harrah’s properties include locations such as:

  • Harrah’s Las Vegas
  • Harrah’s Atlantic City
  • Harrah’s Ak-Chin
  • Harrah’s Cherokee
  • Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River
  • Harrah’s Gulf Coast
  • Harrah’s Hoosier Park
  • Harrah’s Lake Tahoe
  • Harrah’s Laughlin
  • Harrah’s North Kansas City
  • Harrah’s Pompano Beach
  • Harrah’s Philadelphia
  • Harrah’s Resort Southern California

Use the official Harrah’s property directory to select the correct destination.

Some Harrah’s resorts are operated directly by Caesars subsidiaries. Others may be managed or branded under agreements involving tribal enterprises or other owners. Identifying the exact property is essential when requesting a refund, filing an accessibility complaint, reporting an employee interaction, or disputing a charge.

How to Make a Complaint to Harrah’s

  1. Identify the exact property. Include the city, state, and Harrah’s resort or casino name.
  2. Contact the department responsible. Begin with the front desk, guest services, casino supervisor, restaurant manager, valet manager, security, or reservation department.
  3. Ask for a manager. Request the manager on duty when the first employee cannot resolve the problem.
  4. Keep supporting records. Save the reservation confirmation, folio, receipt, photographs, valet ticket, Caesars Rewards information, and previous correspondence.
  5. State the requested resolution. Explain whether you want a room change, cleaning, refund review, charge correction, accessibility assistance, vehicle-damage claim, account adjustment, or written response.
  6. Request a case number. Record the names, dates, departments, and reference numbers associated with the complaint.
  7. Use Caesars Help and Support. Submit the unresolved issue through the official support process or property contact page.
  8. Escalate to corporate when appropriate. Contact Caesars Entertainment headquarters only after documenting the property-level efforts and response.

Complaints are more useful when they identify the resort, department, stay dates, prior contacts, and requested resolution without exposing reservation or payment details publicly.

What to Include in a Harrah’s Complaint

  • The Harrah’s property name and location
  • The reservation or visit dates
  • The department involved
  • A concise description of what happened
  • The people or managers already contacted
  • The response received
  • Relevant photographs or receipts
  • The case or incident number
  • The specific resolution requested

Do not send original documents or publish complete confirmation numbers, Caesars Rewards numbers, payment-card details, room numbers, or security information.

Harrah’s Hotel Room and Housekeeping Complaints

Guests should report room problems to the front desk or housekeeping while they are still at the property.

Common complaints may involve:

  • Room cleanliness
  • Carpet or furniture condition
  • Odours
  • Plumbing problems
  • Heating or cooling
  • Missing towels or toiletries
  • Broken telephones or televisions
  • Insufficient electrical outlets
  • Noise
  • Pests
  • A room that differs from the reserved category

Take photographs when appropriate and ask whether the property can provide immediate cleaning, maintenance, a room change, or another remedy.

If the issue cannot be corrected during the stay, request that the complaint be documented before checkout. Obtain an updated folio and ask for the manager’s written response or case number.

Harrah’s Reservation and Cancellation Complaints

Reservation complaints may involve:

  • An incorrect room type
  • A duplicate reservation
  • A missing promotional rate
  • Unexpected taxes or resort fees
  • A deposit
  • A cancellation charge
  • A third-party booking
  • A Caesars Rewards offer
  • A package or event restriction

Review the confirmation email and the rate rules that applied at booking. Caesars promotes free cancellation for many direct reservations completed at least 48 hours before check-in, but individual offers, packages, special events, prepaid rates, and third-party bookings may use different terms.

If a travel agency or booking website processed the reservation or payment, that company may need to make the change or refund.

Harrah’s Resort Fees and Hotel Charges

Before booking, review the full estimated total rather than only the advertised nightly rate.

A hotel folio may include:

  • Room charges
  • Resort fees
  • Taxes
  • Parking or valet fees
  • Restaurant charges
  • Room-service charges
  • Entertainment purchases
  • Deposits or incidental holds
  • Damage or smoking fees

At checkout, request an itemized folio and dispute errors promptly. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may remain visible until the bank releases it.

Keep the folio, reservation terms, receipts, and written adjustment confirmation until all credits and authorizations have been resolved.

Harrah’s Accessibility and Disability Complaints

Guests who need accessible accommodations should contact the property before arrival and confirm the arrangements in writing when possible.

Requests may involve:

  • An accessible guest room
  • A roll-in shower
  • Accessible parking
  • Wheelchair-accessible routes
  • Assistance with long walking distances
  • Visual or hearing accessibility features
  • Service-animal policies
  • Accessible seating
  • Help reaching restaurants, elevators, or casino areas

If an accessibility problem occurs during the visit, ask for guest services, the manager on duty, or the property employee responsible for accessibility concerns.

Document the location, request, response, and effect of the problem without publishing detailed medical records or diagnoses.

Harrah’s Valet and Vehicle-Damage Complaints

Report alleged vehicle damage before leaving the property whenever possible.

Ask the valet manager or security department to:

  • Inspect the vehicle
  • Create an incident report
  • Record the valet ticket
  • Preserve applicable surveillance footage
  • Provide claim instructions
  • Identify the company responsible for handling the claim

Take photographs of the vehicle, damage, location, mileage, and valet ticket. Keep repair estimates and all written communications.

Do not identify individual valet employees publicly unless their identity is essential and the report is factual. Avoid personal insults, physical descriptions, threats, or unsupported accusations.

Harrah’s Casino and Gaming Complaints

Casino complaints should begin with the table-games supervisor, slot attendant, casino manager, Caesars Rewards desk, or security department, depending on the issue.

Possible complaints include:

  • A machine malfunction
  • A disputed payout
  • A table-game decision
  • A Caesars Rewards credit issue
  • An employee interaction
  • A jackpot tax form
  • A security concern
  • An exclusion or responsible-gaming issue

A losing session or a low number of wins does not by itself establish that a gaming machine was improperly operated. Regulated casino games are based on chance and applicable gaming rules.

For a specific machine or payout dispute, stop play, notify casino personnel immediately, note the machine number and time, and request an incident or dispute record. The appropriate state, tribal, or provincial gaming regulator may provide an outside complaint process.

Harrah’s Caesars Rewards Complaints

Caesars Rewards is the loyalty program used across participating Caesars and Harrah’s destinations.

Account complaints may involve:

  • Missing Reward Credits
  • Missing Tier Credits
  • An offer not appearing
  • Incorrect account information
  • Difficulty signing in
  • Duplicate accounts
  • A lost card
  • Credits connected with a hotel, dining, or gaming transaction

Sign in through the official Caesars Rewards website or mobile app and review the account before filing a complaint.

For a property transaction, visit the Caesars Rewards desk while receipts and play records can still be reviewed. Save receipts, folios, offer terms, and the date of the disputed activity.

Do not post a Caesars Rewards number, account password, offer code, player history, or account balance publicly.

Harrah’s Responsible Gaming Information

Caesars publishes the following responsible-gaming contact:

Gambling Problem Help: Call or text 1-800-522-4700.

This line provides crisis counseling and referral assistance. It is not Harrah’s reservations, hotel customer service, Caesars Rewards support, or casino dispute resolution.

A person seeking self-exclusion, account restrictions, or responsible-gaming assistance should also review the requirements of the gaming jurisdiction where the activity occurred.

Harrah’s Human Resources and Careers

Harrah’s does not publish one nationwide Human Resources number for every property, applicant, employee, payroll matter, benefit question, or employment-verification request.

Applicants should search and apply through the official Caesars Entertainment Careers website.

Caesars publishes 1-877-438-4457 for technical and account support involving its recruiting and onboarding system. This number is not general employee HR or guest customer service.

Current employees should ordinarily use:

  • Their supervisor or department manager
  • The property Human Resources office
  • The employee portal
  • The payroll or benefits administrator
  • The compliance department
  • Contact information shown on official employment documents

Do not publish employee identification numbers, schedules, pay statements, tax information, medical-leave documents, or private personnel allegations.

Who Owns Harrah’s?

Harrah’s is a casino and hospitality brand within Caesars Entertainment, Inc.

Caesars is currently a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq under the symbol CZR. It does not presently have a conventional corporate parent company.

On May 28, 2026, Caesars announced an agreement to be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment, Inc. The transaction has not yet been completed and remains subject to shareholder approval, gaming and other regulatory approvals, and customary closing conditions.

Until the transaction closes, Fertitta Entertainment should be described as Caesars’ proposed acquirer rather than the current owner of Harrah’s.

The real estate beneath some Caesars and Harrah’s properties may be owned by a separate real-estate company and leased to Caesars. Property ownership should not be confused with ownership of the Harrah’s brand or responsibility for hotel operations.

Who Is the CEO of Harrah’s?

Harrah’s does not publish a separate nationwide brand CEO.

Tom Reeg is Chief Executive Officer of Caesars Entertainment.

Other current Caesars leaders include:

  • Anthony Carano: President and Chief Operating Officer
  • Bret Yunker: Chief Financial Officer

Individual Harrah’s resorts also have their own general managers, regional executives, casino managers, hotel leaders, and department heads.

For a property complaint, contact the management team at the Harrah’s location involved rather than directing every issue to the Caesars chief executive.

About Harrah’s

The Harrah’s brand traces its history to 1937, when William F. “Bill” Harrah opened a bingo club in Reno, Nevada.

Harrah’s later developed into a major gaming and hospitality brand with casinos, hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, and loyalty-program services across the United States.

Harrah’s Las Vegas opened in 1973 as the Holiday Casino and became Harrah’s Las Vegas in 1992. The current resort includes hotel rooms, casino gaming, restaurants, entertainment, a spa, meeting space, and access to the CAESARS FORUM Conference Center.

Harrahs Hotel Las Vegas NV Disappointing Experience

April 22, 2025

Harrahs Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Horrible. This hotel should not even be selling rooms! Oue deluxe double suite was 14027 Terrace Tower. This room was cleaned when we arrived but many areas showed signs of not being cleaned at all. The carpet was filthy with spots from previous guests. It probably was not shampooed since the hotel was built. There was no place to put suitcases with the exception of one luggage stand. There was no place for to accommodate the many electrical devices guests no take on trips. CPAP machines, cell phones, plus chargers, plus other plug in devices-particularly for seniors. The furniture was chipped and unclean. the phones were cheap and fell off the bedstands easily. There were no instructions on TV operation or phone. One roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom and various towels were limited. The faucet had a foul order like sewer smell. Prices for any additional amenities were out of this world. General prices for meals and other items were ultra high. The gambling machines rarely gave wins. I could go on but I have a feeling nothing is going to be fixed. We stayed at Harrah’s from 4/13/25 to 4/19/25

Harrahs Disappointing Experience

March 3, 2025

Harrahs, Extremely disappointing! Wanted to surprise my wife and spend a night out ( we rarely get out) she wanted to meet her friend whom she taught with for 20 plus years. Her husband spends a tremendous amount in your casinos. I ” sprang” for a Suite ( that is the way it is described in your ad) $651.80 My wife and I are both retired and funds are limited. We arrived at your resort , AK-Chin in Maricopa. I am handicapped. There was no valet and no bell service. I had to self park and walk , which takes me forever, bad back, knees and severe arthritis. After a rest and drive through walked into registration. We received horribly wrong directions to walk a mile to room. Once we were able to find our way the directional sign pointing to elevator was wrong . Said walk right which elevator is actually to the left. Walked and 100 yards to room. Entered room smelled of cow excrement and smoke! I called to complain to front desk and Valerie said hotel was full too bad. Ate at Chop Bloc …food and service were horrible. Drink was disgusting. We split a meal and cost was $120. Casino floor hard to find traditional slots. My overall review was never again and sincerely question your other resorts. My dream has always been to visit Caesars Vegas but after this I wonder? I have stayed at Harrahs, Reno, Laughlin and never experienced such poor service. As a handicap person I found this to be extremely sad that I am now laid up for past two days in pain. By the way all mixed drinks are not poured but sprayed out of a hose which is disgusting $13 at bar and same drink at $16 ??????

We enjoy Harrahs and this is the I only problem area we’ve encountered Thanking you in advance.
